Inspired by New York architecture, the residence combines brick, steel, and wood finishes with traditional Balinese artwork, and boasts an expansive yard. You wont be disappointed. The space : The design of my place is not common in Bali and something really special. We’ve chosen all our furniture with care and love, thinking about the best comfort and design for our guests. The very contemporary and functional design will offer you a fantastic local experience. Rice field on one side, 12m pool on the other, you will enjoy the volume of this building. The brand new 3 bedroom villa is located in the perfect location:- 5 minutes from the beach- walking distance from shops and restaurants- rice field viewOther things to note : **Parking space is fit to scooter only, there is no car parking available at the villa***Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort. FAQs- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. & - Q: What time is the Check-out policy?- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply.
