The Rooms Apartement Managed by ARM Hospitality

We booked a total of 4 rooms for the 5 of us. The building is quite run-down. It is actually a very well designed building with a lap pool in between the 2 wings , but there is no proper upkeep. One of the rooms was flooded after a sewerage pipe burst. They changed the room, but the next room had a leaking aircon fan coil. They then changed another room. My room had a leaking water heater, and my toilet roll left below qaa totally wet. The saving grace was the friendly staff, especially the lady by the name of Dewi. Without the above hiccups, it is actually a good place to stay if you are on a budget.

Very old old hotel very unclean room and In all over the hotel area. My room ceiling was leaking water the bathroom ceiling also was leaking water unclean floor bed and towels and bed so far it scored the worst hotel I ever stayed in it .the problem that the people I don't know how they give them good scores huge ????????

Căn phòng thật sự rất tệ, mọi thứ trông rất cũ kĩ và dơ, bụi bặm và các thiết bị sét, trong phòng có máy lạnh, tivi, tủ lạnh, khăn, giấy vệ sinh,...căn phòng giống hình nhưng nó k hề mới, mọi thứ cảm giác lâu rồi không có người đến ở và được dọn dẹp kỹ càng. Nhà vệ sinh mùi rất kinh khủng. Tôi đã đổi sang nơi khác để có thể cảm thấy thoải mái và sạch sẽ hơn. Nhân viên rất nice nhưng phòng quá tệ.
