Aqua Nusa - Luxury Lembongan Villas

We really enjoyed our stay here, amazing views and very clean and great rooms and the service was amazing, the staff are were very helpful in every aspect. One of our friends was sick when arriving to the island and the staff were very accommodating and helped her get a early check in to lay down and relax we were out snorkelling. I want to give a big thankyou to fayzan for all his help with looking after our friend when we were not there he did so much for us and Alex for helping us out through whatsapp when we had trouble else were on the island with our scooters. These to guys made our stay there so good and I couldn't complement them enough. Thanks guys

My husband and I stayed here in villa chantique for 5 nights , we ended up checking out early , the construction was right next to our villa and noisy from 9-5 There were 100 steps that we weren’t told about to get up and down to the beach and my husband just had a knee replacement so it wasn’t suitable , they didn’t have any other villas to move us to It wasn’t a 5 star luxury villa by any means , dirty and not up to standard like the other 5 star places we also stayed in Bali which were beautiful The view however was lovely but not pleasant sitting out there next to the construction noise Hence why we checked out early The manager wasn’t any help when I complained , no compensation given for our troubles We did book through luxury escapes and we have made them aware of the problems we had and not to recommend this villa There is no mention on the website of all the stairs Very disappointing!

Simply wonderful villa experience. We stayed in Villa Tinggi, which was perfect for our family of 4 - especially two bathrooms with a teenager. The views are breathtaking, and staff super responsive via their preferred communication channel WhatsApp. It was great having a pool as part of our villa - perfect when returning from activities, especially if walking up the stairs. There is a nice range of snacks and drinks provided within the Villa - but I'd certainly recommend stocking up via the local warungs to save a few $$. Filtered water is provided free of charge, and we had no issues using. Also, if your ferry provider doesn't include transfers to the villa, they will come get you for free - I'd recommend checking before you leave Sanur so you can prearrange that. Free transfers are also provided via the O'Hana shuttle, including to get to O'Hana for food and drinks (which is great). But the restaurants at the bottom of the steps are worth checking out and are easy walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. Hopefully we'll be back!

Beautiful stay at Villa Asri. The villa is perfect. There are quite a few stairs down the cliff, which is fine for us and the trade off for the amazing view, though if you had difficulty with stairs than this may not be the best choice - but the view and villa is incredible so definitely worth it!

This is the second time I have stayed here. This time it was Villa Tinggi and it was one of the most amazing views I have ever seen. The villa itself was immaculately clean with a fresh environment and so comfortable. The check-in staff were so helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out...and even beyond as they drove us to the harbour and carried our luggage to the ferry check in for us. We spent a day at their beach club (Ohana's) and everything was great. Food, service and tunes. Lot's of mixed customers there and they even have a large pool out the back to chill in. Oh, it has a swim up bar as well. Rooms look fresh (we didn't stay) but heard others staying there mentioning how nice and comfortable they are. When there, the reception team referred us to snorkeling which we did the next day and it was amazing. Anyways, cannot say enough about the whole time we spent there. Wonderful experience. We had a great time here and cannot fault it. The villa was amazing with stunning views, beautifully appointed with quality finishes and meticulously clean. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and helped us with anything we needed. Location is great, just down some steps and you a have a selection restaurants and bars and with motorbike rental from the reception, you can explore a little further around this beautiful island. Thank you again, we can't wait to be back.
