We experienced late check in even though we arrived at 2pm+, the staff told us that the room is not ready and asked us to wait for ‘a few minutes’, 30mins passed and there’s no one notifying us on the room status, we pressed again the bell and only another staff came out and bring us up to the room. Upon entering, we noticed there’s water left on the bedside table, obviously the room is not ready.
The next night we experienced the blackout in the entire Bali island. Went back to the hotel after our whole day travel, expecting the hotel to have backup generators. Surprisingly, they do not have one, furthermore, we experienced water shortages at our room as they need water pump for the water to come all the way up to our room which is located at Level 3. We complained about the issue and the staffs weren’t even bother to help. At last we found out there’s water available at ground floor and have to carry up the water all the way to Level 3 by ourselves just to have bath.
To conclude, it was a really terrible experience at this hotel.
