Así que la casa original se continuó una noche y se logró en Trip.com. Pero el director del hotel me dijo que alguien ya había reservado esa habitación. Tengo que cambiar de habitación, considerando que el timón es el otro lado. No me gusta hacer un compromiso. Como resultado, el nuevo balcón de la habitación es más pequeño que la mitad. La flor está mala. Las ventanas no brillan por la luz de la mañana. Cuando me dejé de casa, el administrador me pidió que pagara 1480 impuestos urbanos de Ford. ¿Le di 5.000 Fullin? ¡Cuando me fui, lo descubrí y me dio 3020 Fullin, menos 500 Fullin, ¿eso es lo que me paga deliberadamente? ¡No puedo aceptarlo!"

"Ambiente: El hotel está a unos diez minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Balatonfured 🚉 y se dirige a cinco minutos del lago. El edificio puede tener una historia de 200 años. Se mantiene muy bien, y el estilo de la habitación es muy antiguo. Higiene: la hierba es limpia, pero hay colores de la suciedad residual en la toalla. Se recomienda cambiar rápidamente un lote. La toalla blanca no tiene buena experiencia en el senso de la suciedad."

"Avoid at all costs ! Me and my partner and his little daughter,came here for two nights , three weeks ago and it was spoiled by the majority of staff there and the food . The food was like warm and zero options for children . The tables outside were covered with mould , masses of cobwebs ,spiders . The waitress was extremely rude and ignored us when we asked anything. We ended up eating out for both nights because it was that bad . The rooms were a good size, with a big balcony but we did not see a cleaner once and when we came back to our rooms , the bathroom mirror was smeared with handprints , very slippery and Damp on the floor outside the bathroom which left a bad smell . The balcony was filthy and laced with thick cobwebs and spider. We also found a few little bugs in the mattress. We did complain to reception and they gave us some house wine as a good will gesture, which was thoughtful but nothing changed on the second night . The kitchen had no management and no sight of cleaners . This hotel is a good design and looks lovely outside but it seems the management team are non existent here and the standards are very poor . I do however feel that all the reception staff were lovely and agreed that the standards within the hotel needed to improve and they did agree a few previous customers have complained of similar things . I would never give this hotel another chance it return . This was part of a family break and a mini holiday for my partners little daughters birthday ,which was completely ruined . We did raise all our issues to the reception at the end and one of the reception ladies placed my partner on the phone to some woman from the directorship management ,who wasn’t even at the premises. My partner explained everything that we had experienced at this hotel . I firmly believe with a better management team , they could really make vast improvements in this hotel, employing staff,with a “can do “ attitude, in the near future but they have a long way to go , to get to that standard. I do hope the reception team find another job in a better run hotel because the ones that we did meet was very understanding and agreed with us and must of felt embarrassed for their let down team within the hotel grounds This is an honest review and I am disappointed it wasn’t a positive outcome from our vacation here . "What we liked: Good check in experience Pillow menu Modern and clean Plenty of storage in the bedroom Sofa and lounge area in the room Balcony overlooking the pool Plenty of car park spaces What we didn't like: Dinner was a buffet style, and the choices did not look appetising at all. Most options looked like they had been sat under the heat lamps / bain maries etc for a considerable length of time. Some of the dinner choices appeared to then be presented for breakfast in the morning.... who wants ratatouille for breakfast ?"
