Location
 The hotel is situated directly on the lake. However, due to the building’s orientation, most rooms face either the parking lot or the courtyard with a second hotel building. Only the more expensive rooms at the front offer an unobstructed lake view – though with balcony saunas that come with a free view from below. Rooms
 Small, clean, but with limited storage space. Housekeeping operates on a random system: sometimes you get water, sometimes not; sometimes the trash is emptied, sometimes not. Each room does, however, have a balcony with a mosquito screen door and seating. Restaurant & Breakfast
 Dinner is of good quality, but the selection is limited. Vegetarians need patience – and perhaps a sense of humor – as variety is scarce. Half board becomes monotonous quickly; even dessert is reduced to the same three options every evening. Wine service can lack expertise, and a request for a local wine may result in an expensive and ill-suited recommendation. Breakfast is solid, but again, identical every day. Wellness & Lakefront
 The wellness area with pool, jacuzzi, and saunas is pleasant, but quickly becomes loud and crowded when the hotel is full. The lakeside lawn offers plenty of loungers and shaded spots, but cleanliness and upkeep could be more consistent. Conclusion
 The property has potential, but currently falls short of true five-star standards. Suitable for a few relaxing days in the off-season – but in high season more stressful than luxurious. Half board is not recommended.

This was our second visit. This time unfortunately the quality of the hotel was way too far as our first visit. Pro: - location -elegant ambiance -quality of the dinner - spacious room - Nespresso machine in the room Con: - Molton &Brown toiletries are not provided any more as it is in the confirmation of booking and as it is advertized on the website . They replaced them with cheap noname toiletries. - we were not offered welcome drink

Would love to give this a terrific overall review, but I cannot. The rooms, staff and food, as noted by others, are very good. Spa is a treat. Location is wonderful. Unfortunately the place has a huge problem with bugs and mosquitos, which descended on our room when the patio door was opened. We spent the better part of an evening killing bugs in our our room, then moving the bodies away from the bed. I contacted the general manager about this this, he did nothing except say, "this happens some times." That's totally unacceptable for any property let alone one that bills itself as five stars. My problem with management responsiveness is echoed in other guest comments. Ownership and management need to take a course on guest relations and responsiveness if they want this to be the hotel it can be.

Really friendly and professional atmosphere. We spent 3 really relaxing nights here with my fiance. The noon restaurant was amazing, the dinner menu gave us a really great ,,gourmet” experience, the tastes was amazing and interesting! We surely will come back here! It’s a new favourite for us in Hungary!😊

My husband and I came here for a few days for my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so excited to have us and so attentive to us. They wanted to be sure we had an amazing stay. They wished me happy birthday numerous times and even went out of their way to provide me a special spa gift experience and a surprise cake and champagne at breakfast. Everyone who works at LUA wants you to have a good stay. They provided recommendations on where to go (we took a trip to Tihany), call taxis, provide maps, etc. The spa at the resort is also amazing. The Beach area was not open yet as it was too early in the season, but the whole spa was open. We used the pool (indoor and outdoor), the hot tub, and lounged outside when the sun was out. I also purchased a 50 min full body massage and it was by far one of the best massages I have gotten in my life. The rooms are also wonderful. Very comfortable and nice views of the marina. NOON is their restaurant where we ate the entire time. We had half board so breakfast and dinner was included. The breakfast had a full buffet and something for everyone. And for dinner, even after eating there for three nights, we never got bored of the menu. I highly recommend staying here for a weekend or few days. It is a hidden gem.
