I had a very unpleasant experience. The room and washrooms were unhygienic. The bed sheets and blankets were dirty, and the room wasn't even cleaned before being given to me.

The place is centrally located and a budgeted property The staff are courteous and well behaved The food served is excellent and the service is good The hotel is neat and clean as per budget levels Overall a good experience and property to stay in Balaghat
