Excellent hotel with courteous staff and comfy rooms. Co ple.entaey breakfast is delicious. Located in a very convenient location making it easy to reach all the tourist spots by walk. Subway station is also close by incase one is interested in exploring it

If you are looking for an excellent experience in Azerbaijan, the perfect start would be to stop at the Port Rivoli Hotel. The hotel is located in a cozy area of Baku and you can reach all the tourist attractions you wish by foot or at affordable taxi prices (around 1.5-2 euros). Additionally, there is the Baku City Circuit nearby for F1 enthusiasts. I must mention that the rooms are tidied every day and every time you feel like at home. The staff are warmly welcomed from the entrance door until the last minute of your stay here and speak in multiple languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, English, and possibly more than I have heard. In any case, you can find communication tools and get what you need during your stay. If traveling with children, this is an absolutely child-friendly place, and if you require some peace of mind, room service is available for your convenience. Port Rivoli represents hospitality from locals and their kindness. I will definitely come back to spend more days with them in the future. Thank you!

Everything was very nice. The restaurant is open 24/7. The rooms are cleaned on time. Thank you to the Port Rivoli team. No cleaning in the room. No shower gel. Very dirty and very noisy. During 6 days there was only 2 cleaning. Nobody brings water to room. You hear everything the neighbours and the noise in corridor. The air condition not works, no air in the room. My photo show the whole situation. When you come to have a breakfast at 10:45 there is already no tea and they start to move the food away. Phone in the room not works. After I told 5 times to make cleaning nobody come. The phone was not repaired as well. The towels are dirty and broken.

Отвратительное отношение к своим гостям у отеля. Забронировали в сентябре 2024 года отель на следующий год, на даты Формулы 1, очень долго выбирали отель и повелись на хорошие отзывы. В итоге, прождав месяц отель аннулирует нашу бронь, ввиду того, что хочет перепродать наш номер организации, которая планирует занять весь отель. У нас уже куплены авиабилеты в эти даты, а отель так подставляет. В других отелях, где были места в сентябре соответственно уже ничего не осталось, так как такие события бронируют сильно заранее. Бессовестное руководство отеля и отдел бронирования! Вводят людей в заблуждение. Никому не рекомендую бронировать данный отель, если они так поступают, то и с вашей бронью может случиться то же самое... И говорить, что отель лучше продаст все номера, чем какие-то останутся тут бессмысленно, под такое событие всегда будет полная загрузка при любой стоимости и расположении, и этот отель точно бы не остался без гостей...
