I have booked this hotel for 5 nights for my mother, who's flight got cancelled and return tickets were only available 6 days later. Upon arrival my mother paid upfront for 3 nights and asked the next morning at the reception to contact the airline company to find a closer departure date. That was not possible, so she informed the hotel that she will have to stay until the end of her reservation. When 2 days later she has presented herself at the reception desk to pay for 2 nights left, they told her that her room was sold out and that she had to leave. Without informing her in advance, nor asking her to pay earlier. My mother is a retired person, that was an extremely stressful and shocking situation. The receptionist was very rude and impolite. This hotel only thinks about money and not the well-being of their guests. Shame on them. Also, the room rate on their website doesn't apply, they fix it as they want.
