El ambiente no es tan bueno como esperaba. Escuché que las habitaciones en Shariya Shangri-La no son muy antiguas y el ambiente es muy bueno, así que elegí este lugar. Pero la habitación real es muy antigua y no hay ducha, ¡solo una bañera con cortina de ducha! Sentirse mal. Además, no sé si la habitación en la que nos alojamos era una parte separada de la suite y el aislamiento acústico era muy deficiente. Hay muchas actividades y pequeñas atracciones en el hotel escritas en el paquete. La llamada cascada es realmente muy pequeña. Me sorprende que se le pueda llamar cascada. El paisaje realmente no es tan bueno. Por supuesto, no participamos en la ruta de senderismo, así que no sabemos cómo.
La playa privada tampoco se sentía tan bien. Quizás no remamos y no sabíamos si había buenas islas cerca. La puesta de sol estuvo bien, pero fue corta y no tan hermosa como las que se vieron en Sky Mirror y Tanjong Shangri-La.
No hay nada delicioso en el restaurante del hotel. No hay muchas opciones y el sabor no es bueno. El precio realmente no es barato.
Al final, la gestión del personal de este hotel fue realmente mala. Me encontré con un empleado de conserjería con poca integridad. Prometió tomar el efectivo que devolvimos y ayudarnos a solicitar un reembolso, pero no lo hizo. La comunicación por correo electrónico con el hotel tampoco fue fluida. Al final, me quejé a la central y pedí seguimiento, y el asunto se resolvió.

The room is overall great, comfy, and spacious for us. Got access to swimming pool and gym. Got a view facing the city. The room is also near the lifts. Got basic kitchenette. The wifi is great, and even the TV got streaming services. But the location, quite far to the city, must have own vehicle for easy transport, and the parking lot always full, must be early before there's no parking available.

It was a wonderful place to stay with a family of 5. The place is nice and and clean. Bed is comfortable. Host also helpful and they allow us to check in 4 hrs earlier from the normal check in time. This is the first apartment that offers such a good service. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. May your business blooming. 🎊

The instructions given are clear too. Finding place is not that difficult. Except for heavy traffic to get to the entrance - so pls avoid peak hours…
We stayed here on our way back to KL from Kota Kinabalu (KKIA airport). Photo below was my photo with Kinabalu Mountain on the background. It is about 2.5hours drive from this place.

Hotel is well-located. Staff were welcoming and helpful in every interaction. Plenty of food, markets, malls within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and the room clean, although the air conditioner fan was a bit noisy. It is puzzling why many of the hotels in KK, including the Promenade, carpet their rooms when the environment is so humid. Nice view of the ocean with beautiful sunset views. Compliments to the bakers who made delicious bread and pastries for breakfast! They were far above average for hotels in Malaysia. Access to the pool was a bit awkward as the hotel was undergoing renovations and required passing through a dank hallway and down several flights of stairs and then walking alongside the kitchen's outdoor grilling area. More loungers are needed poolside. The hotel gym was not available as it was part of ongoing renovations which were underway in various parts of this large hotel. I did not hear construction noise during my stay while in the room.

Hotel is still in pretty good shape. Hotel staff absolutely wonderful: polite and friendly.
Hotel room is super clean - and I got overly happy to find out that one of the earring locks I had dropped was found by the cleaning lady without me having to ask!!!
The hotel is close to a night market with many delicious food stalls and great restaurants with fresh sea food, cafés and supermarkets like Servay and Bataras, and even to polyclinics, in case you need.
On my last night I went for a foot massage in one of the parlours above the building on the right hand side and wow! This is definitely my place to stay in KK!!!

The counter staff is very polite in front of a smile, and the hall is also very spacious and comfortable. They will also be very polite to take your luggage. LLimThe only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

Y lo que es más importante, las habitaciones están limpias, son modernas y tienen una cocina funcional (¡nevera grande, cocina y fregadero!). ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente los Citadines por sobre los hoteles de “marca”!
