We had a disappointing experience with bagdogra homestay. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the location, which was not as expected from the listing. The environment felt more like a rented residential area with locals staying beside the guest rooms, lacking the privacy and ambiance of a proper homestay. The room itself was average, but the service was unacceptable. The person in charge was rude and dismissive. When we requested help with our luggage, he didn’t listen or offer assistance. Due to the poor service and unwelcoming atmosphere, we decided to leave despite having paid. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay.

Location wise perfect distance from airport wise good room good. But requires lighting specially at night after the shps are closed and early morning.

Within a budget it's very comfortable and clean accommodation and not far from bagdogra airport there is a market location restaurant shopping everything is in the building only so i like the place.

Offer a non ventilated room, after complaining gives us our booked room. No room service, full of mosquitoes no lequid, room size ok but small double bed. Drinking water facility poor, guieser not working. Worst experience
