Atlantic Parkhotel

位置好、外觀非常漂亮的酒店，前面是樹林、步道、小河，在聖誕市場旁邊；傳統建築，大廳、走廊、休息廳、飯廳都散發著文化氣息；老式房間很親切、舒適，陽台上景色也很好，夜裡很安靜。一個大大的驚喜！

位於城市中心，正對劇院，旁邊就是購物街，和林蔭大道。步行10分鐘到浴場，非常適合度假

We had a renovated room and a lovely view of the Lichtenallee. It's a nice old hotel, very pretty in a fantastic location. Breakfast was what you would expect for a 4 star hotel, not amazing but plenty to eat including healthy stuff which I prefer e.g. yogurt, nuts, berries, cheeses. They also have other things if you want them omelettes etc. If you like older hotels, you will like the decor of this one. Two big negatives: First, the room was nothing like the photo. We booked a deluxe room and while it was nicely renovated, it was a small room with a hallway, so the square footage may be large but it's not really useful. i show photos of what's on Booking and what we got below. Second, the receptionist, particularly one of them, was rude. Checking in, she stopped half way through to take a call and then proceeded to talk for at least a full minute. I sat down to wait and finally a gentleman appeared and finished the check in. Checking out, she had made a mistake over-charging us for a breakfast we didn't have. When we pointed this out, she did not apologize. Instead she complained how to fix this, and made it sound as though we had made the error. Reception gives the first and last impressions of a hotel and unfortunately both were disagreeable. The other staff - housekeeping and dining staff were all great. would i go back? maybe because of the location, but i would be more careful about the room we got and i would try to avoid the nasty receptionist.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location, across the street from theatre, and close proximity to excellent shopping, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to see in the short 2 days we were there. Clean, spacious room, and staff were very pleasant. Comfortable beds, big washroom, easy walk to Caracalla Spa. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean! Excellent staff very welcoming… hotel is within walking distance to everything in the city center, near the casino. Easy to park in the public garage. I would definetely recommend this hotel! Great restaurant next Le Bristo.. we didn’t booked in advance , we walk in to the hotel, planning to stay only one night and we ended up staying the four nights. Thank you for the warmth welcoming to the front desk Bibi for booking a beautiful room looking at the Main Street, the stay was excellent and and excellent staff..

We have stayed here four times before over the last decade plus, and we love the art deco, room appointments, excellent breakfast, etc. We couldn't get past the road construction to drop off our luggage so I brought them from the parking garage. The safe stuck (most likely a dead battery) and we talked with the front desk who said someone will be up to fix it as their code didn't work. The person never showed. My wife kept putting in the open code and finally got it to open a little bit to get our stuff out. A friend who stayed here asked for an iron, they wouldn't let her take it to her room and she had to bring her dress down and iron in a small room next to the lobby. Both desk workers were more interested in their personal cellphones than serving people. It is a shame, we normally love to stay here.
