Hotel Norica - Thermenhotels Gastein Mit Dem Bademantel Direkt in Die Therme

Such a nice hotel, traditional with character. Very clean and maintained. We used the spa once as it was very busy. Unfortunately we were told before booking that they could cater for dietary needs but this is not true ! We have coeliac disease nothing is labelled, when we asked the restaurant manager he was rude and just laughed. We spoke to the hotel manager and she just said ok, no action, no apology. The food is quite boring when it is the same most days. We actually ended up eating out ! The bar manager had no clue how to make any cocktails and was also rude. Such a shame we would not recommend if you like customer service and have dietary needs.

My family stayed in the hotel for the half term week. They could not have been more pleased. They described the food as fantastic and the staff as incredibly kind and efficient. The location is also excellent. I have skied in Bad Hofgastein so I know the area well.

It was most beautiful new year stay with family Norica hotel. The owners, staff and all the team are so kind, attentive and hospitable. You really feel like at the family place. Amazing spa complex is easy to reach in your bath robe and if you do not want to go to the big spa complex you can easily stay at the home spa, which is great, new and comfortable. We were mixing both spas. Rooms are really clean, stylish, and very comfortable. For last 3 nights we were lucky to use Sky Lux, it was absolutely unforgetable, you really sleep in nature, under the stars. And you feel like a star. Or you take a bath near the window screen from floor to ceiling. As per food - it is very good, natural, every day you have wonderful breakfast, which includes really everything. They cook individually your eggs, omelettes, crepes, pancakes, all is so fresh and nice smelling! Variety is really wide and nothing finishes, whenever you come to your breakfast. During the day you have also a kind of lunch, included in to your room price, which has always a soup, hot meal and a choice of deserts. And of course, amazing dinner in the end of your day! We strongly recommend this hotel and are planing to come again soon.

Lovely spa but the €77 facial was appallingly bad! I have never had such a bad facial before and had to wash my face afterwards. Stick to the steam rooms etc. The saunas and steam rooms and relaxation rooms are good.

Отдыхали в Норике компанией из 7 человек (1 ребенок), впечатления потрясающие. Питание вкусное и разнообразное, для отдельное меню. Официанты и бармены приветливы, многие разговаривают на русском языке (отдельный респект Миленко и Славко)!Номера очень комфортные. Для тех кто катается на лыжах или сноуборде-есть комната для хранения снаряжения. На ресэпшине дали карты для бесплатного проезда общественным транспортом, но в принципе до горы можно и пешком 6-8 мин ходьбы! Очень понравились термальные источники!!! Проход до них сделан под землей (одел плавки, халат и полотенце и вперёд) Огромное разнообразие саун и бассейнов, для отдельные зоны "Family zone" Вообщем всем советую посетить это место!!!

Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage im Zentrum von Bad Hofgastein. Es besteht aus drei miteinander verbundenen Häusern, wir wohnten im aus meiner Sicht schönsten Teil, dem „Palais“: ein wunderbares gotisches Gebäude. Die Zimmer sind dort trotz der historischen Bausubstanz sehr modern. Leider bekamen wir nicht das erhoffte Zimmer nach vorne, welches uns letztes Jahr bei der Begehung gezeigt wurde, sondern eines nach hinten – das ist aber nicht dem Hotel anzulasten, wir haben bei der Buchung diesen Wunsch nicht explizit hinterlegt. Ein Asset im Hotel ist natürlich die Anbindung an die große (öffentliche) Alpentherme. Außerdem hat das Hotel einen eigenen modernen Wellness-Bereich, der für die Entspannung nach dem Skifahren völlig ausreicht. Nun aber zu den Enttäuschungen: Das Restaurant, das Essen und vor allem der Service dort. Das Restaurant ist sehr groß, fast alle sitzen in einem Bereich, wird hatten nach zweimaligem Urgieren einen Platz in einem abgetrennten Bereich bekommen. Das Essen ist für ein 4*S Hotel adäquat aber nicht herausragend. Frühstück ist OK (Sekt und Lachs offenbar nur am Sonntag), recht große Auswahl aber z.B. keine Walnüsse. Dafür schön frisch geschnittenes Obst. Das kleine Buffet am Nachmittag wäre OK, wenn es auch vegetarische Speisen gäbe, die suchten wir die ganze Woche vergeblich! Reinste Fleischkost und ein Kuchen. Einmal kamen wir etwas zu spät, der Kellner (Restaurantchef?) wies uns schon am Weg dorthin ab, mit den schroffen Worten: „16:30 finished, nix mehr“. Beim Abendessen sind die Teller sind schön angerichtet. Auch hier zwar eine vegetarische Auswahl beim Hauptgericht, das große und gute Vorspeisenbuffet besteht jedoch fast nur aus Fleisch und Fisch. Leider war auch das Service oft sehr holprig. Man muss mehrmals um Wasser bitten (was manchmal verrechnet wird, manchmal nicht, trotz Bestellung teurer Weine bekommt man also kein Wasser dazu?) Proaktiv wird nichts gemacht, gebracht oder gefragt. Keine Begrüßung oder Verabschiedung. Einmal habe ich angemerkt, dass die vegetarischen Speisen sehr klein seien, die Reaktion war eine abwehrende Handbewegung des Kellners, der damit wohl suggerieren wollte, dass das nicht seine Schuld sei. Die große Ausnahme hier war die brasilianische Kellnerin N., die ihr Handwerk im Gegensatz zu gefühlt allen anderen perfekt verstand. Leider hatten wir sie nur dreimal – an diesen Abenden waren wir sehr viel zufriedener! Am letzten Tag wurden wir unerklärlicherweise in den großen engen Bereich umgesetzt, obwohl unser gewohnter Tisch frei blieb. Nach dem Check-out warfen wir einen kurzen Blick auf die Rechnung und fanden Posten, die wir nicht zuordnen konnten. Die Rezeption (wo auch die wirklich überaus bemühte und freundliche Chefin anzutreffen ist – das ist ein Asset) ist sehr professionell und freundlich, das Problem wurde umgehend korrigiert. Der Fehler lag wohl wieder beim Servicepersonal im Restaurant. Insgesamt also ein schönes Hotel, leider aber für uns ein etwas durchwachsener Eindruc
