Sendlhofer's

Worst hotel in the world. Noise early in the morning for the past three days - continuous for hours. Other than that perfect. Nice hotel and great staff and food. Shame about the noise which stopped us from sleeping properly after hard days at the mountains. Romeo

We booked this place do to images we saw on their own homepage, turns out the images are only from the new building „The Apartments“, but the majority of rooms are in the old building and nothing like the boutique stylish vibe the new apartments have. The outdoor pool has a nice vibe, but a bit outdated with tiles falling off, waterfall at the indoor pool was turned off the entire time, the steam bath in the family spa was ooo the entire time as well. The food, we booked including breakfast and dinner, breakfast was good everything you need, fresh eggs, omelettes, variety of bread and cheese, cereals, juicer, coffee you name it. Dinner, we had a la cart four course meal, very good, absolutely delicious, but very small even for fine dining. Our for year old son was charged 50€ per day for his food = a bowl of cereals for breakfast and some spaghetti with tomato sauce for dinner. To pricey in my opinion. Overall the restaurant area is nice and stylish with great views, the old rooms give you a throwback to the 80s feeling but not in a stylish way. Therefore this is clearly false advertising in my opinion.

We love "Luke's Wohnzimmer" restaurant at the Sendlhofer's Hotel. It offers a great selection of regional dishes and portions are super small, so you can sample several different options. Desserts are also highly recommended. Only downside is, that the restaurant is always busy! Be sure to make a reservation before you go.

Had the most fantastic experience. The hotel (and the apartment complex we were in) are nothing short of amazing. Rooms are spacy, uber clean, nicely organized and very easy to access. The hotel facilities are one of the best I've ever stayed in a ski resort - from restaurant, bar, spa/pool and loverly open spaces. They have amazing choice of wines from Austria and even a cellar of their own. Joy to see and taste. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and creates a welcoming and family atmosphere. Only very minor comment is that the rooms are too dark, and bedrooms could use a bit stronger lighting. Thank you very much to the entire Sendlhofer family and staff!!

A lovely hotel, restaurant and bar BUT ….. the chap who manages it leaves a lot to be desired. Dismissive and really needs some training in good customer service. Service disappointingly generally slow but very nice head chef of the kitchen.

We only came across this hotel towards the end of our holiday in Bad Hofgastein. What a wonderful place it was. Friendly staff and very attentive. We just had an evening meal here. The menu was a list of 90+ dishes, a bit like tapas. You can order as many dishes as you like and the menu changes regularly. The choice is very varied from steaks, fish, black pasta!!, vegetarian, vegan, offal etc Only 1 tip i would give is to ask for the wine list(we didnt and took the servers recommendation & got a shock when the bill came! The wine was delicious though so softened the blow. Quirky place with a banana slide into the restaurant!!
