Maravillo lugar, sin duda nuestro mejor hotel en el Safari. Casita de madera con unas preciosas vistas del Tarangine. Excelente cena, la sopa superior🔝🔝🔝. Lástima que sólo estuvimos una noche y llegamos tarde del Safari, me hubiera gustado disfrutar más del hotel

El Sangaiwe Tented Lodge es un hotel cuyas habitaciones son cabañas. Algunas de ellas están alejadas y en lo alto de la montaña, por lo que hay que subir, pero el camino está bien habilitado, ¡no asustarse! Se sitúa fuera del Parque Nacional de Tarangire, pero a escasos minutos de éste. Por ello, cuando cae la noche, para ir a cenar, te acompaña una persona hasta el restaurante, no vaya a ser que aparezca algún amigo inesperado 😂. De hecho, como en otros alojamientos, en éste también se escucha a las hienas por la noche. Las cabañas tienen una vista espectacular de toda la zona arbolada que se termina juntando con el Tarangire. Las camas son muy cómodas y el baño está genial. Durante la cena, los empleados aparecieron cantando la canción "Jambo Bwana" pasando por todas las mesas hasta que se pararon en una de ellas en la que había una persona a la que llevaron una tarta con motivo de su cumpleaños. Esperamos poder volver más pronto que tarde 😀. Por cierto, cuando llegamos, nos recibieron con un zumo (como suele ser habitual), nos explicaron el funcionamiento del hotel y las instalaciones y nos preguntaron si teníamos alergias o intolerancias alimenticias.

My family and I stayed at Sangaiwe Tented Lodge for two nights from 22/2-23/2. It is a really lovely place with beautiful, spacious and charming tented cabins. and a nice pool. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and you feel very welcome. We felt safe during our entire stay. Guards walk around outside at night, where you can hear lion roars, elephants and hyenas, as well as naughty baboons running around outside the cabin.

Wow an amazing view from the cabins, the pool and the restaurant area. Very nice staff and good with kids. We enjoyed all the food in the morning and evening, and we appreciated the water in the lunch box. Despite of confusement with the rooms we got help from the staff and they found a great solution for our family.

Great lodge with swimmingpool. The staff is very friendly. The tent was very nice. Food is good. It is a nice place to stay with beautiful views. Tarangire National Park is beautiful and a must visit. We definitely recommend staying at this lodge.

The tents are nice more like glamping. The food was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. You are definitely in the throes of nature which you can hear at night. Electricity is scarce as is WIFI, which is only available in the dining/patio area.

Me and my mother went to Tanzania for a safari for the first time this year. Sangaiwe tented lodges were an amazing place we stayed at. We are French, so quite exigent, but Sangaiwe was the perfect stay for our first night on the safari. The lodges are intimate yet spacious, very comfortable (nice bed, hot water for as long as you need). The food was delicious and the staff at the restaurant was very nice. The light (morning sunrise and sunset) is just beautiful at Sangawei because the lodges are in the middle of the jungle. You can hear elephants and hyenas at night. Thank you !

Hi guys What a treat. Very spacious "room". Supurb view. At night you will hear lions, hyena's, zebra's. Close to the gate. No tea or coffee maker. Breakfast, very good. Lunchbox, very good. Diner, delicieux You can order a drink, they will bring it to your tent. And then, relax. Enjoy the view. best regards schliek

Amazing place with a super service. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The view from both rooms and hotel terrace is magnificent. The home cooked meals are delicious. Very close to Tarangire national park. We enjoyed our stay very much.
