From all the homestays we saw around pu luong, we were happy we chose ours. View was amazing, staff always trying to help you and facilities looked good for a homestay. Could be better insulation for winter, just bring warm clothes.

I just got back from Pu Luong Natura, and seriously, it was unforgettable! The views absolutely stunning And the staff are super friendly and welcoming. They really made me feel right at home. What I loved most was getting to experience real local life. The food was delicious and so authentic, and just hanging out with the locals was such a cool experience. The trekking tour is great! We hiked through those gorgeous rice fields and small villages, and then had this amazing local lunch. It felt so genuine and was definitely a highlight. Honestly, this trip was exactly what I needed to reconnect with nature and really learn about the local culture. If you're looking for an authentic and peaceful getaway, I totally recommend you go to Pu Luong Natura!

We were concerned about the recent mixed reviews but based on our experience find them hard to understand. We were two families traveling with 10 people total and had absolutely no complaints about the cleanliness of any of the 6 rooms we booked. We heard no construction during our two night stay. The views from our rooms and the pool were spectacular and relaxing. The pool is naturally fed so it is not going to look like your chlorinated pool at home but that was a plus. It was a refreshing way to cool off after a day of travel and/or trekking. We personally spent most of our two weeks in cities so having a place to relax and be together in the evening with friends and family was quite welcome. Is this the place to come expecting a Caribbean style resort or Michelin quality food...of course not. It is however a wonderful way to experience the Vietnam countryside. I would recommend it without hesitation and would be happy to return.

PuLuong Natura – stay away! My wife and I stayed 2 nights, and the only positive was the stunning view. The pool was dirty and clearly not cleaned. The staff speaks no English, making communication impossible. The restaurant food was awful, nothing like the delicious Vietnamese cuisine we had elsewhere — most guests went out to eat. No evening activities. Dirty towels, dusty room, no basics like hair conditioner, minibar, or TV. Broken tiles in the shower. The “double” bed was two singles pushed together — very uncomfortable. Terrible pillows. Paper-thin walls, you hear everything. Starting at 6:30 a.m., we were woken by construction noise. No reception or even a phone at night. Unhelpful staff. Laundry was returned like a sack of potatoes, unfolded and messy. Huge spider in the bathroom! The area is poorly lit at night — dangerous to walk back to the room. The whole place feels neglected, with broken chairs and beds around.

My trip to Pu Luong was absolutely amazing. The natural beauty here is simply breathtaking, with endless rice fields and peaceful villages. I loved exploring the small local markets and meeting friendly, welcoming people. Sunsets in Pu Luong were some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It felt so refreshing to be somewhere so authentic and untouched by mass tourism. I would love to come back and stay even longer next time!

nice friendly helful dedicated hotel staff. They helped us to arrange a local tour guide to Kho Muong and Ban Huou waterfall . Mr Kien the hotel manager talked and provided us with lots of useful information about the Thai ethnic group people living in Pu Luong and their culture . Swimming pool's amazing with great view of rice field and mountain . Excellent breakfast with very good teas and coffee. The rooms were very clean comfortable and with amazing view of rice terraces. We enjoyed our stay here very much . Thank for your great service and the best hospitality. We will definitely come here again

The hotel is very nicely located with beautiful views of the rice fields , the grounds are nicely kept with two pools an nice gardens with trees and orchids since the hotel is in the nature you have a restaurant but you have to order in advance until 6pm. The meals were tasty, they also have vegetarian menu. Most of the staff doesn’t speak any English and unfortunately not very friendly and helpful. I don’t recommend to take a room on the second floor since there are only very steep stairs not intended for older people.

Been here twice this year and honestly saying, this budget resort has so much to offer. We wish we could stay for a week but we gotta be back to work in Hanoi! Firstly, we got a room that looked right at the rice terrace and it was magnificent! We loved our view everyday! Secondly, the panoramic pool was so refreshing, we took early swim every day and felt so relaxed. Breakfast was ok, staff ok, wish they open late night bar cuz after 8pm, there's nothing around to see or walk to. We had meals at the restaurant throughout our stay cuz there's nothing nearby but the food was acceptable so we don't mind. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.
