I’m currently staying at the hotel, and I already feel compelled to share how impressed I am with the service so far especially from Lakshmi at the reception and Chef SK at the café. Lakshmi has been incredibly kind, attentive, and professional from the very beginning. She’s always approachable, quick to respond to any needs, and makes the check-in and daily interactions smooth and pleasant. Her calm demeanor and willingness to help create a welcoming atmosphere every time I pass through the lobby. Chef SK has been a highlight of the dining experience. The food at the café has been consistently delicious, and he clearly takes great pride in both flavor and presentation. He checks in with guests personally, which adds such a thoughtful touch. His creativity and care in the kitchen are evident in every meal I’ve had so far. Looking forward to the rest of my stay, and I’m already confident it will continue to be a great experience thanks to the wonderful hospitality from both Lakshmi and SK.

All the staff were good. Among them I got to meet one named Laxmi from reception. She was really good in her job and hospitality. She really treated me well and helped me with things I needed.
