Don't ever stay there! I had the worst ever experience with my booking in Thomas Appartment, Ayia Napa, Cyprus and despite the fact that I left the property and stayed only 1 night out of 4 they didn't confirm my refund request. There were several problems: 1. There was no one at the reception when I arrived and I was trying to contact the number which is there in contact details on ***********. and didn’t get any reply, so I was just sitting 40 min in a street waiting for any checking in. The manager did not even make any effort to reply my messages on Whatsapp! Which is rude and unprofessional. 2. The inside of the Appartment does not match the photos which are on ***********. For example, there is a hole in curtains, rust in a bathroom, the Appartment is poorly maintained and is in a very bad condition. 3. The noise from the bars makes it impossible to sleep here and the music does not stop during the whole night. The windows are not soundproof so I cuold not even rest. I was forced to stay 1 night here as I don’t have a place to go so late at night. The worst I ever had with ***********! Awful customer service both from booking and accomodation.

It’s terrible place small shower its not like the pictures at the booking i chicked in and the second day i leave ….nothing clean and no air conditioner for free ..dogs smell at the entrance…dont go thereand its not comfortable to slepp

Worst place ever in ayia napa..very dirty and the manager very rude!!we went there at the first days of the August, we waited 2-3 hours until we go in the room!!they told us to go at 11 and we go in maybe 1:45-2 !!bad experience and bad hotel never there again

The customer service is very very rude and unprofessional.. we cancelled the booking through *********** and they where very impolite dealing with our story. They don't have pool in same property as mentioned in the website and they charge you extra for AC

Dirty, no facilities in room, no pool or gym as promised on the website, Wi-Fi terrible. nothing like description and photos on the website. you can get better for your money. its a dump, website is a lie and so are the good reviews.
