Καλό ξενοδοχείο γενικά. Το μόνο ελάττωμα που βρήκα ήταν ότι στον τομέα εξυπηρέτησης σχετικά με παροχές και πληροφορίες ξενοδοχείου δεν ήταν και η καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Η μόνη απάντηση όταν ρωτήσαμε κατά την άφιξη μας ώρες πρόγευμα και άλλες πληροφορίες ή απάντηση τους ήταν πως πρέπει να κάνουμε scan bar code και εκεί θα βρίσκαμε όλες τις απαντήσεις

Reading some reviews we were a bit anxious about this hotel but we can honestly say we had the best stay ever. On the first night we had issues getting into our room the lovely security man Chris came & pointed out to us that even though the light was red if you tried the handle the door worked! He then helped us sort the air con & told us how to work the safe. Nothing was a problem to him. This set the tone we found all the staff very helpful & friendly. Special mention to bar manager Panagotis who we called Pano & Ali & Isa bar staff in the hotel reception area. The entertainment guy AJ was great too he works so hard trying to get guests to engage with him we especially loved the darts & the bingo every night! We had no issues with cleanliness in our room we had booked a garden room & requested first floor we got pool view block 14 which got the sun in the morning. Shower flooded first day but once reported maintenance man arrived in 10 minutes & it was sorted. Food in restaurant was very good loved the choice of salads at lunch & dinner. Fresh omlettes at breakfast were amazing. Only thing we missed were crackers & cheese & ice cream in the restaurant. Food in the A La Carte was superb cooked fresh to order enjoyed it. We loved the cats they were so friendly we would return.

Stayed here for 1 week at end of season (end of October). Negatives - Black out curtains too short for windows - Front door doesnt fit frame - Bathroom finishes unprofessional such as sealant etc, paint work needed - Not much storage in rooms - Cockroaches in bathroom - Things broken like handle to wardrobe, room phone not plugged in anywhere or working - Not enough plug sockets - Pool freezing cold - Some regular cocktails like mojito not included in all inclusive - Food selection minimal, no cheeses at lunch or dinner, rarely a plain meat such as pan fried chicken available - Desert selection minimal, 4 cakes, no ice cream, repeated most days - Food quality not the best but edible - 3 pillows on double bed - A la carte restaurant lacks ambience, needs some wall art/plants as no atmosphere very large empty room - some cocktails undrinkable, not consistent in how made, far to sweet or different each time you order - cleaning sporadic, bedsheets not changed all week, cleaner might come in morning, afternoon or even evening - sunbeds uncomfortable, no padding or cushioning Positives - Big pool nice and deep, shallower pools too plus indoor pool and jacuzzi - Good location - walking distance to multiple shops/bars/restaurants/bus stops - Staff friendly - staff great with kids - late check out 10euros per hour - plenty of sunbeds - life guard on duty all day - air con in room good I would say this is definitely not a 4* hotel, its a good 3*. To be a 4* I'd expect a full all inclusive, basic cocktails should be included. Food needs improvement, quality doesng compare to other 4* hotels and very lacking in variety and availability. More desert choice, cheeses should be available at lunch and dinner and every lunch and dinner should have a plain meat choice. Labels were sporadic, a lot of foods no labels at all so no idea what they were meant to be, also more local cuisine would have been nice. I dont come to Cyprus to eat american/mexican/chinese food every day. Rooms need maintenance, fit black out curtains properly, touch up paint, some walls completely flaking, sealant in bathrooms need attention and basic repairs needed, feels like been built/maintained by cowboy builders. Never seen cockroaches in a 4*, need to address pest problem which will likely be solved by proper maintenance. Restaurants need something, no decor at all, need plants/paintings/music and lighting. Evening staff not in uniform, some looked like they were filling in and just didnt feel professional. Kids entertainers were great and really good with my son. Pool is absolutely freezing! Couldnt enjoy a swim as its so cold if you do brave getting in you'll be getting straight back out. Overall we had a good holiday, but we got out and about a lot and ate out a lot more than usual, unless the above issues were addressed and fixed we wouldnt stay at this hotel again.

This is a really nice hotel. The location is fantastic. The food is really nice, good choice and hot rather than the luke warm like you get at other all inclusive resorts. Great selection of drinks. Ali on the bar is really friendly and excellent at making cocktails. The rooms are clean and spacious. They could do with a little more cupboard space and a full length mirror. The cleaning team, restaurant team and entertainment team were really friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the poolside was an absolute MESS! We have been to many hotels and have never seen a poolside like it. Deflated lilos and other inflatables, broken sun loungers, piles of discarded towels. Poolside is not tidied up at the end of the day or at the beginning of a new day. Other than that, we had a great time!

No frills. Rooms basic. Cleaner emptied bins daily and mopped the floor but did not make the beds or change the towels. Pool area can be crowded but there is a nice area by the bar on the grass to sunbathe. Staff very polite. Bar service good. Quite noisy at night as by funfair but rooms are quite soundproof. Food is quite repetitive but they do their best to cater for everyone. Staff in restaurant very efficient. A La Carte restaurant disappointing as some choices on the menu were not available and children in there were noisy and spoilt the ambience. Some nice bars and restaurants along the main strip and around the harbour. Weather fab for October. Would recommend if you want a relaxing affordable week in the sun

The hotel is spotless a credit to the staff . That is the only good point now for the rest Food the menu is very repetitive and in the time we stayed there was not one meal where the food was not hot always Luke warm may be smaller trays of food that is replenished more often might help. The serving staff at breakfast and lunch are very good in contrast to the evening where they are rude and everything is an effort they would rather stand are talking may some managerial staff should be present Sun beds they are so close together you can not walk between them
