Nelia Beach Hotel & Spa

Nice hotel, rich breakfast buffet and the gym right next to the indoor swimming pool

Great location—just a 3-minute walk to the beach (no direct access from hotel). Nelia has its own sun beds and a beach bar for all-inclusive guests, no one mentioned the bar, we found it ourselves after seeing other guests with drinks. Neither are well signed. Food was decent for all-inclusive—plenty of hot options. Drinks were standard AI options. Hotel was spotless, and staff were lovely and friendly. Downside: no working A/C during an unusually warm Easter. Only warm air blew out, and we had to keep the noisy patio door open all night. Not just our room—neighbors had the same issue. We reported to reception but nothing done. Beds were two singles pushed together and slid around on the tiled floor with every movement. A pity, as the room was otherwise nice. The poor quality sleep ruined the break for us. Pool area felt cramped and over-crowded, though we did manage to find sunbeds daily. Although lovely thick mattresses, very comfortable. The gym and spa area decent. The gym was much better than most hotel gyms.

We just returned home from Nelia beach hotel and I cannot fault it. We went with extended family who are older as well as my 3yo so a mix of ages. The rooms were lovely and clean, we had a seaview room which was beautiful and the ladies who cleaned the rooms each day were very friendly and did a great job. We were all inclusive and cannot fault the food. There were always a lot of options, lovely fresh meat and pasta, a kids food station and fantastic salads and desserts. The restaurant staff were very attentive and were very quick to take away used plates from the table. The snack bar by the pool was also fantastic they cook to order outside of mealtimes with options like toasties, chicken nuggets, burgers, pizza and salads. The swimming pool area was so beautiful, the sunbeds are so comfortable. There is a small kids area in the pool which is shallow. The rest of the pool is the same depth all around and has sunbeds in the pool as well as built in chairs with bubbles in one area. The sun beds around the pool do fill up quickly but there is a sundeck with more beds on the first floor overlooking the pool. The entertainment team were brilliant with adult and kids activities throughout the day. There is a small kids area where the lovely girls Ivana and Laura ran daily activities for kids including painting/drawings, ball games and a mini disco every night. My son loved the kids area as they were so attentive towards the kids. The evening adult entertainment was different every night sometimes karaoke and sometimes a performance. The beach was a short walk around the corner from the entrance to the hotel and you can reserve sunbeds at the beach in the hotel reception. You can also use your all inclusive wristbands to get drinks on the beach. It’s such a beautiful beach and so close it’s great. We will definitely return to this hotel, we all had such a lovely time!

Amazing stay – highly recommended! Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was cleaned daily by housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious, with a different menu every day and plenty of variety – including great vegetarian options. The pool was excellent and the beach was just a two-minute walk away. The staff were always friendly and customer-focused. A special shoutout to the animation team – they truly made the difference. There was fun entertainment every evening, like karaoke and other activities, which created a great atmosphere. We even became friends with the animation team members: Finn, Ivana, Laura, and their team leader. They were super friendly and fun to be around. Every day they organized activities like water polo for both kids and adults, which really helped guests connect with each other. Such awesome people who made our vacation unforgettable!

Just got back from a lovely week in Cyprus at the Nelia Beach and Spa. Travelled with wife and 11 year old son. The hotel is great, really clean and well presented in a great location. The pool area is lovely and it's a short stroll to the beach where there are sun beds for the hotel guests. The food was plentiful with salads and hot food. The meat was outstanding. My wife is a vegetarian and had no issues at all with the food options. The spa was nice and my wife and I both had treatments which were a lot cheaper than most places we've visited before. All the staff were great. I would definitely book this hotel again.
