Christabelle Hotel Apartments

Stayed at This hotel for the first time this year and will definitely be back, booked a one bedroomed apartment and it was massive, beds really comfortable with extra pillows provided if needed, living room had large tv with English movie channel available which was a plus for us as I like the tv on while getting ready, fridge and kitchen was ample size and had everything you would need to cook yourselves even though we didn't while we were there, bathroom was a little out dated but shower worked fine and water was always hot. Cleaners were in every day and everywhere was spotless. You do have to pay for a safe and air con if u wanted it. I'm quite an early riser so never struggled for sun beds but the pool is quite small co pared to the size of rooms but people were good and never left towels out if they weren't using the beds. Ate a few times at the bar and it was always really enjoyable. Bar staff were amazing always went out their way to chat and interact with guests and found other guests in the hotel really chatty as well, made some new friends. It is a short walk from where u get dropped off by the bus but we easily found our way. In a quiet location which was good on a night as there was no noise at all but maim centre was only a couple min walk away.

This hotel has got to be up there with one of the worst travel experiences of my life. I tend to go on 5/6 holidays per year and never came close to this hotel. The hotel is grim! Firstly you are dropped off streets away and it’s up to you to find the hotel from transfer drop off (it’s not just up a hill). The reception is grim! It’s dated & like someone from a 1980s horror movie. Staff gave a speech of ALL the extra costs. Paying for a safe in 2024? The staff insist of keeping your passport which is left in an open box for ANYONE to take from reception. It’s highly illegal and extremely unsafe!! Then there’s the rooms! Imagine being greeted with all brown 1960s tiles, a view of a wall from the balcony. It gets worse….the room is dirty ! The bed had WET PATCHES, with slimy marks all over. My towels were used and covered in the last persons make up/stains. Then throughout the night people will try your door, god knows what happens when they get in! Jet2 don’t care, they said it would take 3 days to move and cost an extra £500 to move to the nearest 3 star hotel.

Where do I start Situated in scruffy area down a steep hill. Unfriendly bar staff (talk about you to others) , Ants in room not sorted when reported, RIP off lager 400mls in plastic cup charged for a pint, no own bought water allowed to be drunk round the pool only water bought at their bar only allowed (other places we have stayed water was free) music on a loop until 3am but not allowed music in your own room past 12am (contradicting themselves), A/C works when it wanted (not told to keep door shut or key in electric point) costs 53 euros a week then an extra 53 euros for another week even if you’re only staying 10 days as we did so we ended up with no a/c for last 3 days no way paying 53 Euros for 3 days worth That was for just one unit ! The food inedible unless you like eating rubbish. Had a chicken wrap ended up with a bad stomach!! Meatballs frozen then deep fried ended up like rocks. Ended up downgrading to self catering but no microwave or oven only two hobs! No tea towels to dry pots!! Too many ridiculous rules that you can be fined for or prohibited from doing there was no atmosphere at all!! We absolutely loved our time in Ayia Napa had some amazing experiences but staying in this Apartment complex definitely wasn’t one of them!!! Given 2 stars because the receptionist was lovely and there was plenty of sunbeds available (we only spent 2 days round the complex (First and last day)

1 of the better hotels in main part staff very friendly food is decent too rooms got plenty space but did have the poolside balcony so I was happy with that. plenty off shops near by but there is some walking to do tho but nissi beach not to far is a must visit

The beds are very comfy. The atmosphere is extremly peaceful,i can sleep whenever i want. The location of the hotel is also nice, there are so many nearby shops, stores, etc. The rooms are being cleaned almost every day, which is perfect....

It is fantastic! So amazing! Very kind people! Love this place! The food is great! The staff is brilliant! They help us a lot! The pool is very clean! It very relaxing place! Thank you for everything! You are the best hotel! I want to come here again!
