We stayed on 23rd April for 10 nights, good location a wee 10min walk to the centre. Hotel is very clean staff very helpful, we asked to move room and no problem at all gave us a room with a pool view. Food was great, the staff were amazing. Especially the bar men Cristos,Sager and Giotis. Plenty of sunbeds. Rooms very spacious. Only one negative point, was on our second last night two female quests dressed from head to toe in their culture dress entered the pool fully dressed to go for a swim which I think wasn't appropriate dress for the swimming pool. And using room towels at the pool side, which isn't allowed. Diffently go back.

Really beautiful place We came here with a group and it was really great. Rooms were clean and everyone was friendly Highly recemented. Such a lovely experience! I was surprised with a birthday cake from the hotel for my 18th birthday . I was very excited ❤️. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, the pool is clean!!! This for me one unforgettable trip and I will come back with my family!

I had a fantastic stay at Christabelle Hotel. The location was perfect—right on the corner there is a supermarket and just a short walk from restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean, Best hotel in Ayia Napa Cyprys , When you are there ask Christos he will fix everything you need :) Best Drinks Great Staff Amazing Foods , music everything when in cyprys you must go here /Freddie

Lovely clean apartment and just far away from the clubbing scene if you are not a teenager . The pool area is lovely and the sunloungers are ok too. The only thing that really spoiled the time around the pool is the no drink food or water of your own to be consumed if you had not purchased this from the restaurant. I can understand alcoholic drinks and food but water!!!! the staff are on you like a rash if you don’t buy your drinks from them. We did buy the drinks from the bar and food that was cooked from frozen and not good quality at all but was very expensive. We had to as it was hot and we needed to be hydrated. That’s the only disappointing part of our holiday really as it was so embarrassing when the guy came and told people to not drink water from the supermarket! Such a shame as the apartments are really nice. Would I go back ? No because of this reason.

Visited here with my 25 year old daughter, clean hotel everything you need there, caters for all. Thai hotel is very close to the strip but far enough away you don’t hear the noise from there. Shuttle bus can’t get into the hotel so a wee walk for drop of and pick up. Staff all very friendly. Although I say clean the bedding was only changed once in the week we were there. Balcony not massive but I guess with so much to do in Aiya Napa you don’t spend much time in the room. We didn’t eat much in the hotel but what we did was nice, nothing special but also nothing to complain about. Our last day there was annoying British people that had no volume button on them. But this is no fault of the hotel. Cheap and cheerful for what we paid.

Great clean apartments with all the facilities you could need. Maid service and towel changes every second day. Pool is great and we didn’t have any problems with fighting to get sunbeds. Fantastic location only a 2 minute walk from the major nightlife yet quiet on a night. Only downside was the chap on the poolside bar after 4pm was a little miserable telling the kids not to play with balls in the empty pool and also policing everyone eating and drinking their own food at poolside. If he relaxed a little we would have spent more money in the bar on food or drinks but because he was so obnoxious we decided to specifically eat elsewhere.

Everything at this hotel, is fantastic. The atmosphere in the pool bar, is very good, and the staff in the reception, are nice people, and the cleanliness everywhere, are really good. The meny in poolbar, is also very good. We will come back, and recommendations to others.
