Well what can I say the hotel itself was beautiful, staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool was spacious with plenty of sun loungers and beds for those who want to chill round the pool and catch some sun. Our Seaview room was amazing, the bed was so comfortable we had the best nights sleeps ever. If your looking for somewhere to stay near bats restaurant and not to far from.the party sence this hotel is the place to be, it's in the middle of everything 10 minute walk to the closest beach, with nissi beach being 5 mins in a taxi costing €10-€12. Drinks range from €4-€12 that includes bree, cider, cocktail and sprites with a chaser.

Located in the centre of Agia Napa. Recommend to take room towards po as towards street you have amusement park on the other side of of the street. Very good kitchen with uncommon tables. Smoking allowed all around the pool and this is embarrassing.

The hotel was really good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, food was good, room was good and clean. Location is 10/10, hotel is located in the center of city, 10 minutes walk to get to the beach. I enjoyed my stay here, will recommend everyone ☺️

It was excellent!!! I love everything Staff was very generous, always smiling, willing to help , room big enough, clean, and the cleaning lady did a great job!!! The pool is a haven !!! Dinner can be more tasty Breakfast is great, hotel bar recommended strongly

The hotel is beautiful and so are the employees. Everyone is beyond helpful and friendly. The Seasons Bar is a dream so we went there every single night for cocktails, which are also amazing. We even got a voucher from the hotel to use it in the bar, as they clearly noticed how much we love that place. As a picky eater I can say the food was fine, there was always something there for everybody. The one and only thing that bothered us was the bathroom. Door opens weirdly, blocking the toilet. It‘s not in the best condition either, could smell a little weird. The hotel has the perfect location. You have tons of restaurant, bars, gift shops and kiosks on the street in front of the hotel. We had zero problems with the volume of the bars or the fair (luna park) in front of the hotel, so don‘t worry about such reviews too much. Sidenote: Limanaki beach is the nearest, directly at the harbour. We loved it way more than all the super famous social media beaches, that are beyond crowded. Davinci Napiana & Bella Italy are great restaurants. You can reach everything within 10 minutes walking.

The staff are such gems! Maria who checked me in at the front desk, Petra and Nectaria who had such great information about the place and practical tips on making the most of my stay. They were so friendly and although I was travelling alone, I never felt it. Antonis the maitre seemed to always be there. He does a great job of looking after the restaurant patrons and remembered my menu preferences and enquired after my meals each time I came to the restaurant. The amenities are fantastic - the pool is clean and the seating areas comfortable. The view from my upper storey pool facing room was gorgeous and I saw some beautiful sunrises from the comfort of my bed.

I would like express to my gratitude to all hotel stuff, as you make the atmosphere of this hotel wonderful - very kind, responsive, attentive, this is what real hospitality means to me. Location was perfect in heart of city center with all cafes, bars and clubs nearby ✨ Just be aware if you want quiet place, sounds from attraction park and all around can be not so comfortable for you, but for me it was ok. Room is clean, well equipped, air conditioning works properly, there is everything excellent toothbrush and toothpaste. Receptionists are kind, welcoming and ready to assist you - especially Petra and Nectarin for your kind assistance - thank you so much ❤️ Also I would mention restaurant stuff, all of them were super attentive, kind and you feel hospitality of Cyprus - special thanks to Antonio for his professional and dedicated work and all girls and cooks working there, my appreciation and respect to all of you guys.

Amazing hotel! Clean room and it is being cleaned daily, with a set of new towels and refill of everything needed. Comfortable bed and I must thank the staff for meeting my request to get a double bed because I'm pregnant and I need a comfortable place to rest. Safe box is available free of charge, a keetler and tea/coffee, great Wi-fi and awesome air-condition. Also, the receptionists were there for us with kind advices if we needed anything. The location is the best in the area, right in the heart of the Ayia Napa and Nissi Avenue, very close to the bus stations and the beach. There is no noise from the street if you close the window which is always the option because you will need an air-condition the most of the time. The breakfast and the dinner are delicious and various and the staff in the restaurant is extremely nice and fast, they make sure there is enough food all the time and to clean the tables. Restaurant manager Antonio was the best! The pool is very nice for relax and some slow swimming, there are comfy beds and sunbeds with umbrellas free of charge. All in all, we had a great time in this hotel and it helped us have enjoyable vacation.
