"The clerk who checked me in was on his cellphone the whole time. He just set the room cards on the counter and didn’t bother to tell me my room number or even the floor. When I got to my room, it reeked of cigarettes. I’m a former smoker so I know that smell. The shower hadn’t been cleaned, because there was a long, dark hair in the shower on the floor. Housekeeping started earlier than checkout (started at 9, checkout is 11) and woke me up. I stayed here before but won’t ever stay here again."

"Motel is being renovated, should be made aware of this when booking. Made a 4 week reservation (pre paid) only to be told upon arrival that they only allow a three week stay and had to wait 2 hours for trip. Com and motel to work out refund for one week. I then had to call 3 hours later to find out where we stood because the motel would not check me in. Neither trip.com or the motel would make any exceptions. I had to pay for a one night stay so I would be able to check in while they worked it out, the motel did in fact refund the one night the next day. No microwave or fridge available for a three week stay. Only one staff member was friendly and accommodating. Lots of rif-raf coming in and out of the lobby, lots of noise. I realize this is not a high end motel but still should be made to feel safe."

The office staff was great the manager is wonderful the location is ok but the people staying there are let’s say don’t take your kids or wife there . Police are there all the time there were slit of dealings if you know what I mean. ***** used rubbers in the parking lot . No breakfast and it clearly says it. The office closes at night if you get back and your card doesn’t work . Your screwed cause the phone you dial is corporate and we had to put a stick in our window to get door open. Spend a couple extra dollars and go anywhere else.."
