I usually stay at this hotel whenever I visit Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar/Aurangabad and have always had pleasant experiences. However, my recent stay was quite disappointing. I arrived late at night, which the hotel had kindly accommodated after prior communication about my check-in time. Upon checking in and using the washroom, a loud noise started emanating from the bathroom. When I reported the issue, a staff member came to inspect it and initially attributed it to the jet spray's air pressure. He seemed ready to leave without resolving the problem, so I had to insist that this issue would prevent me and my family, including my two-year-old child, from sleeping. The staff member then mentioned it was a maintenance issue and seemed ready to leave again. I requested a room change, but he responded unprofessionally, making me feel like I had booked a room in a low-grade lodge. He claimed no other rooms were available but could have been more polite and professional in his demeanor. Furthermore, I requested additional water bottles after the provided ones were finished. I was assured they would be delivered, but they never arrived. This was the first time I encountered such poor service at this hotel. Previously, everything had been excellent, and the staff was always helpful. For a three-star hotel, this experience was unacceptable. I always book a premium room and have been a loyal customer, but this incident left me very disappointed.
