Itsy Hotels Shivshakti

I stayed in may in this hotel,nice Experience it was. Pleasent Ambiance, Perfect location in central place in heart of the city. Polite and Cooperative staff. Breakfast quality and taste was very nice. Overall a fantastic stay experience.

When I reached the hotel in night, I was not allowed to park my vehicle inside, whereas it was mentioned that the property has its own parking space. Cleanliness was a major issue. The cups provided for tea were having cracks from inside and were not properly cleaned. If we see the pictures of property on treebo app, the pictures are very nice but reality is something else. In my opinion Treebo Shivshakti is not as per the standard of Treebo Hotels. Hence, I feel that Treebo must take a serious note of such hotels and should refrain from providing misleading information in order to retain its reputation.

Check in process was good. But demanded the balance money at once. The staff are good, helpful. But they need to improve on breakfast. I received Uppma without any accompaniment. No chutney or sambar. I got tomato sauce only after asking. The height in which the WC is fixed is suitable only for people who are above 6 feet in height. The soap liquid for the bath is fixed near the wash basin and not near the bath area. There is no curtain at the bath area to prevent water from splashing to the rest of the area. This makes the total bathroom floor wet and slippery, which is a little dangerous for senior citizens like me.

Very good hotel, staff behaviour also comercial, nice location , food are very tasty , i had booked for two nights for my family members, rate are responsible beet costly but not n issue no compromise for family

A stay that was value for my money because of the good ambience of the hotel and for the staff who made sure that we got a comfortable stay. The restaurant had delicious food and the options were good as well, even for vegetarians.
