We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel, which is new, has a very central location, is very clean, and has a very-well equipped gym. These features were greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. Despite booking for three guests, our room was only prepared for two, and even after requesting additional amenities, they were not fully provided. The in-room phone was also not working, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk.
Housekeeping seemed inconsistent—our room was not thoroughly cleaned after the first night, with some items left out of place and the trash not emptied.
Additionally, when ordering a breakfast box for an early checkout, we were surprised by the lack of flexibility in food choices, as we could only remove items rather than substitute them. A bit more understanding from the staff in handling such requests would have been appreciated.
Lastly, we noticed that some of the buffet food tasted stale, and one of our family members felt unwell afterward. We’re not sure if this was an isolated incident, but it was a bit concerning.

Check in took a bit longer than a 5 stars hotel should be. I arrived at 1pm after an overnight flight and need a rest. Room wasn’t ready so okay I can wait. Until 3pm it was still not ready… only get into the room around 4pm at last. First impression ruined.

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel.
Me pregunté si me permiten quedarme en la misma habitación que permitieron y estoy agradecido por ello, pero me lo notificaron antes del día 1 día de checkout. La recepción nos permitió quedarnos en la misma habitación, pero deberían haber sido más reflexivos para mejorar la experiencia de los clientes. Si sólo lo hubieran hecho, habrían podido salvar el problema para que nos apresurasen a empaquetar y luego traer las cosas de vuelta a la misma habitación.
En segundo lugar, los canales de televisión son muy limitados y algo que una familia en un viaje 2-day esperaría mejores canales de cable.
De lo contrario, nada más extraordinario.

The location of Barclay Suites is great, although the area is currently under road work construction out front. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating to any of our queries and needs. The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was very convenient to have on our travels. It is a great offering not many of the other hotels have. The cleanliness was not up to par, however, as there was multiple stained furniture pieces, pillow cases along with debris, dirt, and dust present throughout the unit. Unit could use a very good thorough cleaning to bring it up to standard. Further, the two in one washer dryer is not very good. Made our whites grey, and did not dry properly. The cycles are hours, some 4 hours plus long, so it’s not really efficient or useable at all.

No es una mala ubicación, muy fácil de llegar a Sky Tower a pie en cerca de 15-20 minutos. Hay un buen restaurante vegan chino y un restaurante tailandés justo abajo de la carretera. El hotel tiene bastante bueno aislamiento acústico, yo podía oír a los vecinos no el tráfico de la calle. La cama era cómoda pero muy extraña - después de despertar me encontré envuelto en el tapón interior y encontré un pelo largo en el que se trata de que suceda con otros. El personal era agradable y amable.

首先入住很好 碰巧遇到我們華人前台 王先生 態度和服務絕對一流 讓你覺得回家了的氛圍 不怕麻煩 呆我參觀了房型 換房 但酒店也僱傭了其他亞裔 比如馬來西亞🇲🇾人 據説還是我們中國🇨🇳的領導在酒店 退房時提前一天個酒店人員溝通了 是否可以安排延遲退房 因為五星級都會有這個優享服務給客人 都很寬鬆 衹是你需要提前打好招呼告知 在房間充足的前提下 都不會有問題 而柏悦跟我溝通的一位女士 也承諾了給我2pm退房 第二天因為我有事在外面 但是也不想多佔用人家酒店房間 就告之攜程的酒店客服 跟酒店聯繫 可以直接把我行李拉下來 我回去直接chk out就可以了 然而等我回酒店告知我要多收我半天費用 因為我2pm沒有回來 是4pm回來的 且他們沒有權利拿客人行李 所有這些個説辭 來自於馬來西亞🇲🇾前台的所謂領導 直接刷了我的認知 全世界五星級酒店住了那麼多 第一次碰到五星級酒店行為是三星級處理方案的酒店 好 老孃也不幹了 反正最後是贏了 寫這麼多就是想要給大家提醒 出門在外 別被不友好的亞裔欺負 首先2pm到點要charge我 可以 你要電話告知我 在沒有告知我前提下 且我讓攜程聯繫他們 告知可以chk out 是他們各種bb不去搬行李 然後讓我出半天費用 noway

Strategically located in the middle of Auckland CDB. We can easily walked around the main attractions.including Auckland Tower, the wharf, Queen St. Love the room view too which face the tower directly. Cleanliness perspective however was really disappointing.. The room was really dusty, not for the hidden corner like under the sofa/bed/top of cabinet, but obvious area like the sofa, basin, etc.

En términos generales, el lugar es conveniente, cerca de la calle reina.
Las habitaciones son limpias, pero los accesorios de la cocina incluyen microondas, tostadoras y platos, pan y tostadoras, y están mal mantenidos, y no se atreven a usarlos.

Este hotel fue recomendado por mi amigo que trabajaba aquí.
Yo solicité un piso alto y se le concedió así que la vista de la habitación del puerto es 🤩 (12th floor Social King Room).
La primera vez que se apagaba una radio cuando entré en la habitación, pensé que la música de mi vecino de la habitación era tan alta. No esperaba que podías deslizar la puerta del baño para poder tener una vista completa del puerto. Me gustaba la habitación.
Gracias por haberme permitido comprobarlo temprano. Aprecielo mucho! Dejé mi chaqueta de puffy intencionalmente y dejé una nota sobre ella. A quien la posea ahora, por favor cuide de ella.

The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids. Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.

FFungThe hotel have an open kitchen, good to communicate with my boys while cooking. The hotel also have washing machine and dryer, very convenience for long staying. The hotel staffs are friendly.
The room service is by requested on or before noon time one day before. We forgot to request 2 days, the dirty towels like a small mountain in the bathroom. I called the house keeping 10 times and only got 1 time had been answered. I need to go down to the reception to get the salt , pepper, dish wash detergent, towels etc. There is only one air-con unit in the living room, bedrooms doesn't have, the fans in the bedrooms are not working properly.

It was little far from airport , but there is a yellow bus which connects airport and hotels every specific intervals.

The hotel's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient workspace. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes.
