We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel, which is new, has a very central location, is very clean, and has a very-well equipped gym. These features were greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. Despite booking for three guests, our room was only prepared for two, and even after requesting additional amenities, they were not fully provided. The in-room phone was also not working, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk.
Housekeeping seemed inconsistent—our room was not thoroughly cleaned after the first night, with some items left out of place and the trash not emptied.
Additionally, when ordering a breakfast box for an early checkout, we were surprised by the lack of flexibility in food choices, as we could only remove items rather than substitute them. A bit more understanding from the staff in handling such requests would have been appreciated.
Lastly, we noticed that some of the buffet food tasted stale, and one of our family members felt unwell afterward. We’re not sure if this was an isolated incident, but it was a bit concerning.

Excellent choice if you are traveling with kids. The room was very clean and well equipped. The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids. Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.

Was a awesome stay, cozy hotel had everything you needed but I really needed a toothbrush and read in the book online for the hotel that housekeeping stored them and called up for one at night and then one in the morning just to double check but didn’t have any. But staff were really kind and the room was great had an awesome stay!

Los servicios de salud y medio ambiente de las instalaciones no son en gran medida provocables y cumplen los estándares de Hilton. No nos decepcionan cuando llegamos a la escena del mar del puerto. 1/ check in - checked in at about 3pm and waited for more than 40 minutes to have the room ready ... luggage wasn't even sent to the room and needed to wait for another 20 minutes
2/ housekeeping - an area needed big improvement ... it' was not up to park hyatt's standard ... missing replacing tea cups, wine glasses, body lotion, soap, slippers, water, and etc ... the floor was with dust after staying 9 nights ... soap dishes weren't cleaned everyday
3/ breakfast - so apparently short of staff and training ... there were times proper cutlery wasn't prepared when seated and needed to ask for it .. missing orders like cup of coffee and water
4/ guest services - please don't expect calls to be picked up timely

El hotel es limpio y nuevo. Pero las galletas eran demasiado suaves/apartadas y no había suficientes colchones. Situación era grande! Excepto que está en una colina, así que hay subiendo y bajando cuando quieres salir y volver. Hay trabajos de carretera que van en el exterior. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que ver con el desayuno.

I like the place and by the name itself it’s already a very clean and stylish as well as first class. But, unfortunately when we came to the hotel our rooms not ready yet and we have to wait for more than an hour. We booked the hotel for a long time and we checked in late but the hotel personnel did not inform us beforehand that our rooms not yet ready which is really inconvenient. The other thing my son complained about is that there ‘s no microwave where we can heat the baby food or milk. We’ve been to other hotels before and microwave’s included in the rooms. Probably it’s our negligence too for not checking before booking the rooms. But hope in the future we expect that if we book the rooms before hand at least the staff will inform us if it’s not yet ready so we can plan ahead and not rush to check in.

FFungThe hotel have an open kitchen, good to communicate with my boys while cooking. The hotel also have washing machine and dryer, very convenience for long staying. The hotel staffs are friendly.
The room service is by requested on or before noon time one day before. We forgot to request 2 days, the dirty towels like a small mountain in the bathroom. I called the house keeping 10 times and only got 1 time had been answered. I need to go down to the reception to get the salt , pepper, dish wash detergent, towels etc. There is only one air-con unit in the living room, bedrooms doesn't have, the fans in the bedrooms are not working properly.

The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating to any of our queries and needs. The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was very convenient to have on our travels. It is a great offering not many of the other hotels have. The cleanliness was not up to par, however, as there was multiple stained furniture pieces, pillow cases along with debris, dirt, and dust present throughout the unit. Unit could use a very good thorough cleaning to bring it up to standard. Further, the two in one washer dryer is not very good. Made our whites grey, and did not dry properly. The cycles are hours, some 4 hours plus long, so it’s not really efficient or useable at all.

WWong Wai Man¡Una experiencia fantástica de nuestra estadía en Royal Residence! El apartamento está convenientemente situado en una suburbia local, cerrado a casi todos los supermercados de nombres grandes, especialmente con unos pocos grandes supermercados asiáticos cerca. El apartamento es muy nuevo y está bien mantenido y gestionado. Tanishq fue muy responsable de todas nuestras solicitudes, realmente apreciado! Sólo un último punto... el horno debería haber sido comprobado antes de nuestra llegada. ¡Nos quedaremos si tenemos alguna oportunidad de volver a Nueva Zelanda!

SshinebykamMy time at this hotel was amazing! The view from my room was so pretty, looking out at the water. The staff were really nice, and my room was super clean . Also , Being a tea lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of tea flavors available in the room which was complimentary . It was a delightful treat to explore the various options and indulge in my favorite beverage while taking in the beautiful views. Overall, my stay at was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. I left feeling refreshed . I definitely suggest it to others!

More a hostel with private rooms than a hotel. Good for 1 night but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.
I stayed in double studio. There's no furniture in the room except bed, tv stand and one stool so you end up doing everything on bed. No bedside table, night lamp etc, only ceiling light (switch is located far away from bed). Can't fully unpack as there is no wardrobe. There's small cupboard with rail and 3 hangers but it's so high, it's impossible to reach those hangers. The double studio has a small kitchenette with hot plates and sink. Cooking is not expected as no pots or utensils are available (removing the kitchenette and adding wardrobe or desk would likely be more beneficial to customers).
On the plus side, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, microwave and iron is available in the room.
Location is very convenient, very close by or in short walking distance to main attractions. Noise from outside can be disturbing late into the night, especially during the weekends.
Easy to get to/from the airport with SkyCity bus which is just couple blocks away.
