Parking: 2 resident hangtag permits on the hooks on side of refrigerator. Resident spaces are all except the ones beside the dumpster. Permit hangtags MUST be clearly displayed, or YOU WILL BE TOWED. Visitor/guest spots are the 10 spaces to the right of the dumpster on the back row. Visitors allowed to park in guest spaces from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM. (Will be towed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM). Check Out (10 AM) Checklist: RETURN PARKING HANGTAGS to hooks on refrigerator ($125 replacement charge). Gather all trash and place in the outdoor trash dumpster (located in the corner of the parking lot). Empty kitchen of all food and start dishwasher. Leave all used beds unmade. Place used towels in the bathtub. Turn off all lights.
