Varos Village Boutique Hotel

This was a wonderful resort. Stay here if you are visiting. You will not be disappointed. We were there about a week before the season kicks off, so it was not very crowded, and I suspect not all the seasonal fanfare was being delivered, yet we loved it. So many things to discuss. First the resort architecture. Classic Lemnian architecture. Stone buildings with tile roofs. The suite we stayed in was lovely. It was a sea view suite. Had a private patio. Wake up to the roosters crowing in the village below while enjoying morning coffee. Room has everything you would expect; a/c in both the living room and the bedroom. TV in living room. Hair dryer, drying rack (you will most definitely need this!). Nespresso coffee maker. No iron though - however I'm sure if I did need to press items I could have gone to reception and asked Ioanna or any of the amazing reception crew. The breakfast was great. Many selections of hot and cold fare, fresh baked breads and pies, cookies, croissant, local cheese, honey, yoghurt, fresh fruit. East something different every day. Need anything more, just ask Nicoleta. She is the sweetest, most friendly person you will meet. Cristos is a great reference for places to go. You will find him in the bar/breakfast area as well. Head to the bar in the evening and meet Nikos and Demetrios. They are both extremely nice, friendly and also know the island well. I hope I'm not forgetting anyone??? Everyone, really EVERYONE was amazing. Including the cleaning crew. They were thorough and efficient and very pleasant. They even found something we left behind - emailed us about it, took photos of it. I can't think of another resort that would be that kind. We felt welcome (like family) from the moment we checked in to the very moment we left. Stelios made sure we felt very "at home" and made sure our stay was one to remember. My husband and I were happy to select Varos Village Boutique Hotel as our destination resort. It is centrally located on the island so everything is not more than a 20 minute drive. We won't stay at another resort.

Don't go to Lefkada or other too crowded islands. Go to Lemnos and, particularly, to this wonderful hotel in the middle of the island with easy access to everything But enjoying the quiet evenings; and, at the same time, helping to recover the traditions of the semiabandoned village. You can choose to be a tourist that predates and competes with other millions in Mykonos or too crowded destinations or to be more than welcomed in less popular but wonderful areas. We've been 10 summers in Greece, each one different, and we can say Lemnos and Varos were the best one for families and prices! A peaceful retreat with an amazing view over Lemnos hills. Very convenient location to travel around the island’s attractions. The pool area is fabulous. We definitely appreciated the rich breakfast, friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the resort. It’s 5 star rating is fully justified

Everything was perfect!.Very clean apartment,cosy and luxurious at the same time.The residences are set in different buidings in Varos village, each one with its own character. Very convenient for relaxing family holidays!

We had a wonderful stay at Varos Village. Resort style hotel with all the anemities without feeling over overwhelming or exhausting. Such a friendly and warm staff. The breakfast was all locally made and presented so nicely. Location is excellent with just a quick 5-10 minute drive from the airport and close to many of the island’s beautiful beaches. Kotsinas bay was the closest, being just a 5 minute drive. We can’t wait to stay here again the next time we visit.

Our third visit to Varos Village was exceptional (as always). The facility, the amenities and the food were all excellent. The only thing better was the staff. From check in to the servers and bartenders to the cleaning crew to checkout, everyone was friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. The owners of the hotel are also very much present and engage with their guests on a daily basis. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to beaches, neighboring towns and, of course, the airport. The facility is also very clean and well kept.
