Very dirty ants in bed no clean towels and no face clothes .. Avoid. Only plus great location Front reception was 9am to 9pm. No phone in room.. She just looked and laughed when asked for clean towels. Said its laundry day. which I'm guessing she says everyday .. Anyway. You can definitely find better

The location is amazing, beautiful, and the staff is kind. It is a nice hotel. The room is clean but not very big. I liked the bathroom, it is big and nice, otherwise the room is just ok. I still recommend the hotel for the nice staff and the location.

Good location for the metro and walking distance to the Acropolis. Suitable for a short one night stay. Bed was not the most comfortable but still fine. Some of the rooms on the street side can be noisy with some late night bars nearby

The jewel The Vault is tugged away in a small lane but within walking distance from the Syntagma Square where the airport bus station is. The hotel is close to the archaeological museum as well as Acropolis, plentiful restaurants, shops and markets also nearby. The Front Desk Agent was very attentive and helpful. The room was equipped with a nespresso machine and coffee maker, bathroom functional, all clean. The room was small but served my purpose. Breakfast was surprisingly plentiful with a good choice. You order in advance, and it is delivered to your door step. What a service!

Perfectly Reasonable While I arrived really late, I rang the bell, which went to a phone call, and the door opened. My key was on the desk. The room is decent size, pretty bare, but also quiet. The bed was comfortable, the shower is large. it is an efficient hotel with excellent staff. I was exhausted, and received at least two free extension for check out. The location is great for the acropolis and all the museums. The special price online was very reasonable and I will recommend it again and will stay there myself if need be.

The hotel is really central, very well located. The main attractions and neighbourhoods were all very close and within walking distance, perfect for those who like to walk around the city. The manager and staff were always very friendly, welcoming and warm, especially the cleaning lady. The room was well equipped with a mini fridge, coffee machine, safe and a big TV and the A/C was great to cope with the heat. The bed was very roomy and the room was always clean. The view of the inner courtyard wasn't very pleasant, so if we ever came back we would definitely get another room with a nicer view. Breakfast was served in the room as advertised, very simple but with some options, more than enough to start the day. Maybe a little more variety could be nice, especially the bread. Although we expected a little more from a 4-star hotel, and while there were a few minor incidents during our stay (a stain in the sheets, some confusion with the breakfast order, a cockroach in the hallway), everything was dealt with promptly and the overall experience was positive.
