Athenian View Loft

This is the most stunning apartment we have ever stayed anywhere in the world as soon as you enter your duplex apartment is shouts out a massive cool vibe totally awesome bathrooms with awesome shower’s a very well fitted kitchen area super cool balcony cool furniture massive comfy bed it’s just stunning the building is so secure and in a very cool area of Athens with the best view of the acropolis from your bedroom window fantastic service from there team to check in just so simple THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY AWESOME

First impression-excellent. The staff offered to store our luggage until the room was ready and delivered the luggage to the loft prior to our arrival. The apartment was nicely furnished with up to date furnishings and provided nice amenities similar to a nice hotel. Reality- the air conditioning would not come on so I contacted the host and asked that the temperature be cooled. After hours of waiting, I was told that it would not be turned on until after my departure and she suggested I open the windows. The location is centered around night clubs and music venues. I told her that was not an option because of the street noise. She stated she was not responsible for street noise, the weather was cool enough and there was nothing more she could do. I understand the location and expected street noise but if the windows were closed it would not have been an issue. Her response was unacceptable and I do not understand why they say air conditioner if they refuse to turn it on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY IF YOU WANT TO GET ANY SLEEP WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING!!
