My family and I stayed 3 nights (from England for a wedding). The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. All of the staff we met were polite and helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Great choice of food for breakfast, the Full Irish fills you for the day. We met the owner (Padraig) a couple of times who wanted to know if everything was ok. The Inn was quiet and in a good location for us. Just off the M11 with good access to Dublin, the south and the countryside of Wicklow. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. From check in we were made to feel totally welcomed and valued. The staff without exception were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spotless with quality furniture and soft furnishings and the beds were really comfortable. The weather was lovely so we took advantage of the pretty beer garden where again all the outdoor tables and chairs were of great quality. There was a great atmosphere in the bar and dining room and the service was second to none. We were a party of four and each had a different meal and all of them were excellent. I would highly recommend the Chester Beatty Inn and if I could give it 10 stars I would.

This is a wonderful hotel, delightfully family owned, a great lounge/ pub with lots of locals, and a very comfortable bed and clean, quiet room. I loved this place. It’s also very close to the magnificent Mt. Usher gardens, open to the public. All the employees are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant is well made, well presented Irish comfort food. The lounge is huge fun with the football games and horse races on screen. I’m always amazed at how quickly and politely the bartenders can serve customers. I’ve run out of superlatives for the Chester Beatty. We hope to return and highly recommend it.

Can’t fault food and service. Highly recommend a visit. Restaurant quality. Love the white crockery. Staff are amazing, friendly and willing to please. Every dish surpassed our expectations. This is beyond pub food. Vegetables were cooked perfectly. Desserts home made and delicious. Nothing more to say than it’s superb

We have never been to Ireland before and we were visiting friends in this quaint Irish Village. When we arrived we introduced to the Husband and wife who own the Inn the Pub and Restaurant. We where shown our beautiful cozy room. The Inn is attached to a Real Irish pub and the best restaurant in the Village. I would go back in a New York minute. :)

Had a delicous meal here today. It was a Bank Holiday weekend and despite Hove demand they produced first class fresh food. We had the deep fried goats cheese, prawns and the catch of the week, pan-fried hake with chana masala. The food was delicious and the staff second to none.

We had an evening meal in the bar. The food was excellent and plentiful breakfast in the dining room was just as good. I have to say the staff were outstanding in both the bar and the restaurant. Only negative was the entrance which is at the rear and a bit scruffy.

Absolute superb!!! Chester Beatty is one of THE best Hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are lovely, beds are so comfortable. Food was really good. The Breakfast was excellent. Really well organised and very very tasty. BUT the biggest asset of this lovely Hotel is the staff. Every single person we met and interacted with was so friendly and lovely. Nothing was a hassle. I can’t stress enough how perfect this Hotel is. We can’t wait to return.

I had lovely night with my family and the food was delicious 5 star plus. The staff are super friendly and efficient. Accommodation is clean and very comfortable especially the beds after your long walks in beautiful scenery of true Ireland. This place won't disappoint!
