12月2日PM5:30頃、Trip.comから送られた予約確認書を持ってチェックインしようとしたところ、予約されていないと言われました（その場にいたのは男性担当者一人）。そんなはずはないと支払い済みの予約確認書を見せても、予約されていないの一点張り。そんなことあるわけないと思ったが、Trip.comとこのホテルの行き違いの可能性もあるのかと思い、（1部屋空きがあるとのことだったので）仕方なく再度代金を払って宿泊しました。この際カードは使えないと言われたため90US＄現金で払ったが、現金の場合領収書は出せないと一貫して言われた。その後Trip.comのCustomer supportからキャンセル依頼と理由の説明を求めたが、（4時間以内に回答するとの表示が出たが）結局再確認中の連続で、12月5日にキャンセルに失敗しました、の返信がきました。12月7日現在、Customer support（チャットではなく実際の担当者）に現地と交渉してもらっています。このホテルは（冗談のようですが）キャンセルには領収書が必要だと言っているそうです。たぶん女性と子供だったので、騙せると思ったのではないかと推測いたします。Trip.comが適宜再発防止に向けた対応をとってくれると信じていますが、ここに宿泊予定の方は十分注意してください。

Our family of four (including two teen boys) absolutely loved our stay at Artika Wadi Kiki. The colorful Nubian-style houses and the riverside courtyard created a magical, welcoming vibe. The rooms were cozy, clean, and decorated with charming Nubian art. We arrived after 1am after a long flight, but the staff checked us in immediately and made us feel like we were at home. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the food is amazing, you can have breakfast right on the Nile in the morning and the hotel restaurant food was next-level. In the evenings, we ate under the stars by the Nile and enjoyed a fun Nubian music night at the hotel. We felt cared for and immersed in local culture throughout our stay. The hotel was in a great location with easy river pickup for our tours. We were sad to leave and are grateful for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend Artika Wadi Kiki to anyone looking for a warm, authentic stay in Aswan!

Absolutely special, beautiful hotel in Aswan. On the Nubian side, a calm and gorgeous oasis. The entire team was absolutely wonderful, warm to our family, taking great care of us. The food was delicious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire site was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended if you want a calm, beautiful, special hotel every-so-slightly off the beaten path, but accessible quickly if you want to go into town. Amazing.

This is a lovely Nubian guest complex located a bit off the beaten road near Aswan. Traditional mud brick houses which are brightly painted are located directly on the Nile River. There are multiple different guest cottages and a central lobby/eating area and a separate restaurant. Many of the cottages have a terrace overlooking the Nike River and we caught a boat directly behind the establishment for a cruise on the Nile. Breakfast is served in the lobby restaurant area and consists of a mix of traditional and continental cuisine. Only instant coffee is served here. The newer cottages facing the Nile River are the best and have a modern feel with good ambient lighting, sliding glass doors that open onto a terrace, modern bathroom fixtures and decent water pressure. The mattresses are firm but comfortable. The cottages are naturally cool due to the building materials and physical design. A small safe was located in the room. The WiFi signal was weak and intermittent throughout my stay which is common in the more off the beaten tracks part of Egypt. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was charming. I stayed in several hotels and lodges in Egypt and this place was my favorite. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great place , special thanks to Om Moaz for the great hospitality and great organization 👌🏻👌🏻 Food and service are Excellent … view from room was great . Procedures on check in was done in few minutes . They have airport to hotel transfer service .

I had an amazing stay at Artika Wadi Kiki Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the whole experience feel like home. The atmosphere is full of positive energy, and the artistic touches throughout the hotel make it a paradise for photography lovers. A special thank you to Om Moaz for her kindness, hospitality, and wonderful smile—she truly made my stay extra special. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Aswan!

We cane with a group of 20peoplr and everyone loved it and felt at home - great owners and staff so friendly and nice - we will always come back - sending love to Karim and Dudu ⭐️🙏🏼 we loved the newly renovated part and happy to book again - food was great

I spent the new year's vacation in Anakato. People are so friendly. Food is nice, yet needs some more varities. Weather is amazing. Nile view is breathtaking, you never get enough of it. Close to the airport and almost all sightseeing attractions. Rooms are clean yet no TV in the room which needs to be reconsidered. The place needs more lighting as the streets inside the hotel are neither paved nor enough lightened. Overall experience was great, and can easily be much better. Manager was so helpful and polite.

The location is great the view is breath taking and the weather was a bit cold at night but it was very nice in the morning, the food was very good and the room is clean and organised, the only annoying thing was the mosquitoes take something like OFF to get red of it in the outdoor, (the hotel supplied the rooms with anti mosquitoes).
