Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 26.Apr. - 27.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Asti" 8 km. Appendino House, consisting of a main house and a dependence, is located on the edge of a golf course (currently closed, as of July 2024) in a new development area (currently no construction activity). 7-room house 250 m2 on 2 levels. The house is very beautiful and spacious. The furnishings of the rooms, beds and bathrooms are very good. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Unfortunately, many things are broken and poorly cleaned. The outbuilding with two beds is not habitable. Thi

The house was in a very poor, unkempt, dirty condition. Broken insect screen, wasp nest above the window (couldn't be opened). Only cold water in one bathroom and one bedroom couldn't be used because it was so dirty.

Small deductions in the B grade Some small corners need to be pimped up again. E.g. insect screen partially broken. Otherwise everything very nice. Landlord expresses nice and good tips in stock (shopping, eating, etc.)
