房間很大～就是傢俱和設計是以前歐洲的簡約風格，可能是酒店比較老了，走廊有一股黴味，餐廳裝修不錯，明亮乾淨，吃的都以麪包沙拉水果為主。 還想分享一下，因為當天晚上辦的入住，不久後就有一位女士來敲門，而且説的不是中文和英語，沒聽懂，根本不敢開門，出門在外還是謹慎的好。

The food is delicious with 360° panoramic view restaurant at 23th floor, you can take breakfast and dinner with great view of Astana City. It is amazing and worth it, excellent

The hotel was situated near the city center and was quite affordable compared to other more expensive hotel chains (i.e. Ritz Carlton & Sheraton). The hotel facilities are clean and the services spoke good English and were helpful in our inquiries. Outside the hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance. Best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet which offered an assortment of delicacies that varied each day in our stay--highly recommend staying here when in Astana as the value you get matches the price you pay!

Este precio no es bajo en el lugar, el entorno del hotel es bueno en la ubicación geográfica, es decir, el personal que se ocupa de la estancia no es muy poderoso ese día. Nuestros resultados de lujo en camas dobles le dieron a la habitación grande, y le he mostrado la orden de Trip.com. 和爸媽旅遊選擇了喜來登，最想吐槽的就是沖涼間，不但衹有浴缸，而且浴缸還高得不得了，對於身材矮小而且年紀大的爸媽來説真得很不友好，洗澡水又時冷時熱，洗澡出來不要説爸媽，連我們比較年輕的都擔心會滑倒，房間的很多細節都沒考慮仔細，真有點無奈。

Соотношение цены и качества одно из лучших. Хорошее местоположение. Немного грубоваты персонал. Также не работают кондиционеры, оооочень жарко спать. От этого дискомфорт, не высыпание и мокрая постель. Пока не попросишь, не убираются. Позвонил на ресепшен, узнать, что с кондиционером, сказали закончился сезон и мы их отключили, можем посоветовать открыть форточку. Форточку откуда вообще ничем не дует, только шума больше в комнате
