Georgioupolis Resort & Aqua Park

We visited as a family of 5 in the October half term and couldn’t believe how quiet it was! Multiple times my children were the only ones around and in the pool, even though the pools were abit chilly the children still loved them! The water park was amazing and they children spent multiple hours in there also! The staff were outstanding, they went above and beyond every single day. I have never seen staff work as hard as what they did especially at meal times when it was abit busier! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are massive! Bottles of water topped up every day in the room by room service! Very good location to! We went on multiple days out from georgioupolis, lake kournas to rethymno and chania! The weather was perfect for abit of exploring! Thankyou again to all the staff for your service, we will definitely be returning customers!

One of our best holidays ever! The hotel is amazing – it offers everything you need and all the facilities are modern, tidy, clean and very well maintained. The food and drink options were wonderful – diverse, fresh and delicious. The thing that makes this hotel stand out though is the staff and the management! They were always there for us! They would smile, friendly answer, advice and fulfil all our asks. The hotel director was everywhere, making sure that the guests are well cared for… he even bid goodbye with us personally. We stayed in two bungalows with private pools and they were fabulous. It is a family hotel but very quiet and relaxing. The clear warm sea, golden sand beach and sunsets are stunning! We’d also highly recommend the private dinner experience on the beach. It was brilliant and made us feel so special. In overall, great holiday in everyway!

Georgioupolis Resort is a fantastic Hotel with a great staff, food, beach, and entertainment. The food here is good quality, and delicious, a lot of choices every day. The location is amazing, on one side you can see mountains and on the other side sea, it is breathtaking!! Everyone is very friendly, the reception is very helpful and gives clear and useful information. The hotel is also kid-friendly, the aqua park is impressive, great for kids, and safe and clean. Me and my family had such an amazing time here, and we love everything about this place!

Beautiful rooms and spaces.. Friendly staff.. Main restaurant's food was great!! Electra bar too!. Waterpark was fun! Animation is really pleasant. Great for families.. Spacious beach area and nice location to move around. Wish we could stay longer!

Stayed 3 night 4 days , and tbh we was very disappointed in every aspect of the hotel The newly renovated maisonette I would say is average On the photos it has a a mirror in the living / bedroom area we didn’t in which made life a bit difficult for People getting ready if someone is in the bathroom having a shower etc The air con in the upstairs was poor Remotes didn’t work for tv but didn’t matter in the end because all the channels was in Greman My son cut 2 of his toes in the pool we went to reception for first aid ie plaster and wipes there wasn’t any a member of staff had to get some out of her handbag . If you go all inclusive there’s is only about 7 alcoholic drinks available and they were pour quality We witnessed them pouring cheap vodka into a Smirnoff bottle when they seen us watching they closed the shutter on the bar (poolside ) Service was really slow we ordered multiple times and they never came on several occasions Food is average they really only cater for children at breakfast and lunch . Also beware that you have to pay 10 euro per beech towel and they only take cash and they return it when you check out I’ve never once had to pay for a beech towel in a 5* hotel The only good thing about this hotel was Nicolas he was a manager of some sort I’m not sure what, he was friendly and the only one really that took the time to speak to us with kindness All in all I wouldn’t recommend this to families or anyone how is use to a hotel that is actually used to staying in a 5*
