I am deeply disturbed by the level of unprofessionalism and hostility displayed by the front desk clerk. I am appalled that a Hilton staff member would resort to such behavior, especially when I was simply trying to extend my stay. I am a loyal Hilton customer and a diamond member, and I have never been treated with such disrespect. The fact that I had to involve the police due to the threats made against my property is absolutely unacceptable. I was genuinely afraid for the safety of my belongings and felt compelled to stay on the property to ensure their security. Furthermore, the lack of assistance from the management is equally concerning. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have been unable to reach anyone. I am left feeling ignored and dismissed, which only adds to the distress caused by this incident. I am deeply disappointed and hurt by this experience. I have always held the Hilton in high regard, but this incident has hurt me. I sincerely hope that the Hilton takes this matter seriously and ensures that no other guest has to endure such a horrifying experience.
