Otro hotel cavernoso en Asjabad con ese aire de servicio al cliente exsoviético de "indiferencia". En general, cómodo y (casi) bien equipado. Deberían tener suficientes toallas, tetera, artículos de aseo y luces que se puedan apagar por la noche, pero tengan mucha paciencia y tiempo si necesitan contactar con recepción y servicio de limpieza (que lo harán), y no esperen agua embotellada. Debería haber caja fuerte y televisión, pero ningún canal en inglés, salvo uno chino. El desayuno es un poco complicado si el hotel está lleno. Pueden encontrar un montón de carne y pasteles repugnantes, pero elijan con cuidado y encontrarán yogur natural, huevos, ensaladas y fruta de temporada de calidad. Lo mejor es la proximidad al centro comercial, que ofrece un sinfín de entretenimiento más allá de las compras, como la celebración de bodas de lujo y un patio de comidas con excelentes opciones de comida a muy buen precio. Nos costó gastar $10 para dos personas en una maravillosa sopa de lentejas, ensalada fresca, pan, kebabs y una bebida (sin alcohol, por supuesto). No vale la pena buscar restaurantes de ciudad.

This hotel was amazing and unlike a lot of videos you see about Ashgabat, quite buzzing with a lot of people staying. The rooms are huge and the bottles water was provided regularly by the friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is quirky and different! Nice coffee shop downstairs and a little shop selling souvenirs, everything open late and oriented towards the guest. My room was at the back of the hotel sadly, but the views are unbelievable from the dining room. Great experience!

The ample storage space, including a chest of drawers and numerous shelves, is a practical touch. The marble bathroom is particularly impressive, featuring a separate shower and tub, as well as thoughtful amenities like towel warmers. It was a delight to spend time in the room, which felt like an elegant, serene retreat. While the hotel excels in many areas, a few minor issues detracted from our stay. Breakfast, although delicious, was disorganized, with long waits for simple items like coffee (served in small pots) and fried eggs. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, and the shower had a light sewer gas smell and visible stains. Despite these issues, our overall experience was of very high quality. The hotel's luxurious amenities and comfortable accommodations make it a great choice for those seeking an upscale stay in Ashgabat.
