The pillows where so comfortable. They had new pillow top mattress in the rooms,. They were completely remodeled and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Trecia the receptionist was a real delight she was very friendly made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

It is a very good hotel it’s around a lot of places to eat plus cheap gas and more attractions also great customer service nice people and the pet fee is only 15 dollars I love this hotel and will be back any time I need a place to stay

First of all, it’s an old building. The room was mostly clean but in need of a major touchup. I inspected the room, the bed, under the sink, etc before unpacking. I peeled back every layer of bedding, looked under the mattress. No bugs. We had trouble getting the AC unit to turn on initially and discovered gobs of dust and hair inside it. The room was musty but running the AC helped “air it out” a bit. It also, later on, helped muffle the noise coming from outside our room, because it was a Saturday night and this was a Party Hotel for THE LOCALS! What worked was the TV, the internet, the fridge. The attendant in the lobby was friendly. Our room was on the first floor, near our car which we parked in view of a security camera. We were also removed somewhat from the “party floor” (third) where drug induced horror stories routinely take place. None of this made for a good night sleep. I would advise travelers to stay elsewhere. I would also advise travelers to avoid hotel review sites that mostly rely on star ratings and brief summary reviews that don’t elaborate.

The desk person, Mark, was pleasant. That's the main reason for 2 stars. The other is because my husband FINALLY got the AC to work, even though the unit is CAKED with dust. The floor was clean, no bedbugs (that my husband found) thankfully. Is it the absolute bottom of the barrel of hotels? No. Is it a place that, had I researched before hand, would I have paid to stay? No. Lesson learned, do your research and read reviews.
