Diana was gracious, kind, inviting and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome in her home. From the scrumptious breakfasts to the nightly snacks, no detail is forgotten. We love the proximity to downtown and love the walk to Asheville shops as well as the short distances to all that you can take in. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay- I’m sure we will be back!!

A great start to 2025 when we stayed at this bed-and-breakfast for the first two nights. The stay, the experience, the hospitality et all was par excellence. Less than a mile away from downtown in a beautiful neighborhood and the house had great character. On arrival, Diana welcomed us with the most delicious array of teas and coffees and absolutely delicious homemade cookies. She gave us a bit of the history of the house and the architect. The room itself was very comfortable & very cozy with a very comfortable bed, fireplace, a Jacuzzi, rocking chair, etc. The use of the living room, dining room etc makes a bnb - home away from home - but with the luxury of the deluxe hotel. Couple of things that we absolutely loved were that Diane called us to ask us about our allergies and food likes and dislikes. She also sent us information about sightseeing Entertainment dining in and around Asheville. The breakfast dishes are just absolutely gourmet. Both days, the breakfasts were literally out of this world. So good that I had to get the recipes Will definitely come back soon

Wonderful stay at the B&B. Easy distance to the Biltmore. The breakfasts were so yummy - Diana is a terrific cook. Diana and Kevin were so friendly and welcoming. We felt like family by the time we left. Our room was very comfortable, and delicious treats were delivered to our room each afternoon. Highly recommend staying at the Carolina Bed and Breakfast.

This was our first time in Asheville and this B & B did NOT disappoint. We stayed in the lovely cottage, but would have been happy in the main house. Breakfast was amazing...we were watching our figures and it was a big, rich breakfast...we didn't eat again until dinner. Diana and Kevin were very accommodating and even packed us a breakfast to go when our day started early! Although the room, breakfast, evening treats, owners, luxurious towels and robes were awesome, our favorite part of the Carolina was LOCATION. Every night we walked to dinner with the help of a great restaurant list provided by the owners (Plant was our favorite) and ended our evening sitting on the incredible porch. Thank you to Diana and Kevin for making our first trip to Asheville top notch...we will be back.

Diana was the ultimate host! She prepared wonderful breakfasts and evening baked goods. She recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner and was able to guide me to different local artisans to support. The B&B was beautiful and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure with hot water! It was decorated for Christmas which made it feel like home. Diana shared the history of the house and her journey as the innkeeper. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Asheville.

We loved how the bed-and-breakfast was situated in a quiet historic neighborhood but very close to downtown Asheville. We slept like babies and the gardens were very pretty. We are definitely looking forward to coming back and trying another room. But we did enjoy staying at the Cardinal room.

Dan and Dawn from Lexington, KY My husband and I chose this exceptional B&B for our 50th anniversary. We stayed in the Robin's Nest. The room was lovely and as advertised from impeccably clean to luxurious towels. Diana and Kevin were informative and gracious hosts. They arranged their schedule so we could go to the early session of the Navitat zipline adventure. The breakfasts were a delectable and unique surprise. Not to mention, returning home to scrumptious desserts after being out all day. Without reservation would recommend this delightful B&B. And we would definitely return if we revisit Asheville.

Unbelievable hospitality from Diane & Kevin in the most unexpected and difficult of circumstances when a hurricane hit Asheville for the first time ever. We spent 3 days in their home and couldn’t have been better treated. Would highly recommend their hospitality to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

The location of the B&B was perfect. Very close to downtown Asheville and the highway. The neighborhood was very charming. The inn itself was very beautiful. The parlors were decorated with a Christmas trees and cozy The dining room was cute with snowmen. There were homemade cookies, teas, sodas and chocolates available for snacking. We stayed in the Goldfinch room. The king size bed was super comfortable. The fireplace made the room romantic and cozy. We used the jacuzzi bathtub both nights and loved it. Nice touches with heavy, high quality towels and robes. Paul Mitchell shampoos and Aveeno body wash was a nice touch. Diana was very attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. The evening treats and the breakfast both mornings were gourmet and delicious. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.
