فندق رائع جدا ..بإطلالة متميزة .. وفريق استقبال رائع من جميع الخدمات والرقي .. غاية في الفخامة والراحة .. وخاصة من مديرة الفندق الأستاذة نادية والأستاذ فيكتور في الاستقبال .. وأتمنى العودة مرة أخرى

Amazing stay over, staff were great, friendly, very accommodating and always willing to help. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Qatar. Valentina at the front desk made our stay much more worthwhile. She helped us book our tours and gave us recommendations to places to see and things to do.

Hotel is very nice in general,starting with arrival, receptionist was very kind but they asked for physical QIDs for our kids which we didn’t have & I found it very strange as I’ve never been asked for them before in Doha! Plus no one mentioned that from reservations. So I told them that I only have them as soft copies which they accepted at the end! Town house was nice (expected it to be bigger) but it was ok. Positives: Farm:Horse stables were great to watch & the kids were very interested, the farm also is nice but it’s up to luck as to what you’ll get to see on your tour. Staff:extremely friendly & helpful especially sandhya,bouchra &chef omar from the restaurant Ambience: calm&relaxing Interior: really nice &authentic Museum: interesting Cleanliness : top *Things that need improvement:* *Pool*: Only 1 pool with same depth (no pool for kids), water temp could be lower as it was June & was nice to cool down but it was warm, around the pool it's filled with pigeon poop (dunno how can they solve that)!!! *Restaurant (Lebanese cuisine)*: Most appetizers were awesome, main courses (BBQ) need improvement, closing time could be longer. *Parking area*: None were shaded, would have been much better if it was! Ur in Doha. *Farm & museum*: Opening hours could be longer especially in the summer where it gets really hot & any activity is preferred to be done at night *activity*: more kids friendly activity would be great as there is none other than the farm

Valentina was excellent and super attentive to detail. Very welcoming staff overall. Beautiful hotel and feels like you are stepping into a new world. Thank you Valentina for all your help and coordination. I highly recommend staying here and will certainly come back.

Tried to book a table at their restaurant for iftar they told me that I would be called back they never did. I did call about 4 times and 4 times I was told the same "We will contact you soon to confirm" "Let me put you through the restaurant" Which never happened I'm really disappoint as a Bonvoy Member I've stayed there in the past and enjoyed the infrastructure but they have so much to improve in terms of knowledge and work compare to other 5 stars of the marriott group. At the end I had to find a last minute plan for iftar for my family which was embarrassing.
