Struttura nuovissima, curata in ogni dettaglio con raffinatezza e gusto. Eccellente pulizia e ottima posizione per visitare la costa smeralda. I simpaticissimi Marco e Ilenia, proprietari della struttura, sono stati gentili e disponibili in tutto. Ci torneremo senz'altro. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

l've spent 8 days in this quiet, rural hotel, located on the outskirts of Arzachena. Accommodation is traditional and charming - double room I had booked was furnished in classical Sardinian style that I really liked and had a lovely balcony with a view of well maintained garden. Cleaning standards are high and the whole area of the hotel is kept beautifully neat and tidy. Facilities are comfortable and practical. There's plenty of parking space, swimming pool is of a great size, although the water temperature was a bit cold. Very good breakfast with friendly and welcoming staff, greeting guests from early morning. I was glad to be able to check in a bit earlier, as I had arrived in the hotel just after 12 pm and was also offered a late checkout option upon my request. Staff at the reception was always welcoming and helpful. The only criticism I have is about the pool bar where I once had lunch and thought the service was not particularly customer oriented, not to mention a rather poor quality of the meal l ordered. It was a tiny portion of pasta with literally 3 mussels in it and was not hot enough. Also what is the point of serving bread rolls on the side, when the customer doesn't even get a small side plate with separate cutlery for it and some olive oil and butter? Little things definitely need to be improved at lunchtime in the pool bar. It does not come as a surprise, that this part of the hotel is not often used by customers as l've noticed during my stay. Overall, Parco Degli Ulivi is an ideal option for relaxing and unwinding in a peaceful and scenic Sardinian countryside, with all the attractions of beautiful Costa Smeralda within reach.

El establecimiento está situado a pocos minutos en coche del centro y la playa. Vista del mar espectacular que regala hermosos tramos de sol! La desayuno varia y para el último día nos prepararon la de aportación, ya que partimos la mañana temprano! El hotel refleja plenamente el estilo sardío, hay muchos salónes que usar para relajarse; la noche hay acompañamiento musical! ¡El único punto negativo son las camas de la piscina un poco demasiado usada, tal vez deberían ser sustituidas! Un poco “desconfortable” el hecho de que para llegar a algunas habitaciones es necesario tomar dos ascensores diferentes y hacer escadas en medio...

Anche quest’anno ho soggiornato, con la mia famiglia, al Green Park Hotel di Cala di Volpe e abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare nuovamente la direttrice Claudia Gaudenzi, persona chiave del successo della conduzione dell’albergo. La sua presenza costante, la sua attenzione minuziosa a tutti i particolari, il suo intelligente squisito supporto offerto a tutti gli ospiti, il suo magistrale seguire, indirizzare, accompagnare, incoraggiare, ogni membro del personale, la sua spontanea gentilezza, unita ad innata finezza sono aspetti preziosi di incommensurabile valore della sua figura di direttrice. Il Green Park non sarebbe quello che è senza di lei! Qualsiasi struttura alberghiera di livello non può che pregiarsi di avvalersi dell’operato della Gaudenzi! Grazia P.

Ecran volante perdido en la habitación delantera, vieja madrastra de sagging, cuchillo completamente amarillo, vista excelente, gran casa típica y propiedad verde, piscina sensacional, entrada a la propiedad para los huéspedes con vehículos más grandes muy estrecho y exigente, tranquilo

La ubicación de la casa era muy agradable con vistas al mar. Uno de los habitaciones era muy pequeño sin aire acondicionado, lo que no es posible en verano porque el aire acondicionado fue cargado extra. Wi-Fi estaba disponible sólo en el edificio principal, el 2 separadores
