I travelled as part of a group (the good glow group) from Ireland ..@50 of us to do a half marathon there.... The hotel kindly met us from the train to take our luggage We were a short walk up to the hotel From the moment I stepped in I felt like I was walking into somewhere from a movie Karin was such an amazing host who was always on hand to us The food and drinks were unreal Our rooms were super with everything we needed, so comfortable and with the most incredible views We availed of the chilled out restaurant and bar, the spa, pool and the slide (big kids we are) we had so much fun and relaxed on the loungers by the pool too It was home from home I felt incredibly safe in Arosa and in the hotel itself I wasn't feeling myself and the staff went the extra mile every day of making me unique hot drinks for my cold with honey and spices... honestly everything about this place is so special Nothing was ever a problem...and I looked forward to returning here every evening after a fun filled day to relax I cannot wait to visit again next year You won't be disappointed:) Mags x

My husband and I have chosen BelArosa for our winter vacations for few times by now. We keep coming back as we love this charming place dearly! This time we decided to stay at BelArosa for our family reunion with our family from Germany and our newlywed daughter with her husband. Everything was perfect as always considering the complexity of our stay being a group of 6. This family run hotel is spotless clean and has a modern alpine style with the warmest atmosphere. The owners treat you as a family and the hotel team functions beautifully. There is no word “no” for the guests as we have been accommodated on every single request with a smile. Our family was in awe from BelArosa and we already plan our next reunion at the same place. You won’t be disappointed if you chose BelArosa for your next winter vacation.

Stayed for three nights, rooms fantastic, breakfast and dinner fantastic and lovely spa facilities. Hotel Bel Arosa felt so homely and Karin and her team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Would highly recommend and hopefully will return in the future.

The food, the wine, the service, the homeliness, we got engaged in Arosa and every staff memeber congratulated us (we didn’t even tell them). Karen is such a professional, she dropped us down the town after dinnner and wouldn’t take anything for it. Highly recommended.

Just came back from skiing in Arosa and had the pleasure to stay at the BelArosa for a couple of days. We enjoyed our stay very much as we were travelling as a family thanks to the warm welcome of all staff and the excellent maintained facilities. We booked a suite and this set up worked very well for a family with ample space and small kitchenette. In summary: - Excellent location close to the city centre and train station - Rooms were spotless and clean, with comfortable bedding - Nice swimming pool with waterslide and wellness facilities - Delicious breakfast served in main room with beautiful views to the mountains - Cosy bar with fireplace for pre-diner drinks - Nice perks as free sledges to use, complimentary transfer to the train station Highly recommended when staying in Arosa.

Super hotel; very great and kind staff and perfect junior suite (spacious, cosy, clean). We loved the indoor swimming pool (our kids were super happy with the indoor slide) and the sauna’s which we used after a hike to relax at the end of the day. Breakfast is really good; fresh and much variety. We were positively surprised about all divers activities you could do in the near environment (by using the Arosa card), such as hiking and use of the cable cars, swimming in the lake, the pedalo boats, climbing in a rope park, visit Chur by using the train, feeding squirrels and birds and enjoying lots of nice restaurants in Arosa and the mountains! Hope we will be back sometime!

This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. As experienced travelers, we highly appreciated the down-to-the-detail property and operation of the hotel. It is warm, welcoming, well equipped and very well managed. With that - very personal, and informal. Our junior suite was spacious, and had excellent facilities. Wonderful breakfast with lots of options to choose from. The spa is great, with saunas and a swimmable pool. We loved the daily recommendations sheet. For skiers - the hotel is accessible both ways (in and out) directly to the slopes with a 30m walk. Last, a warm thank you to Karin and the excellent staff who made our stay so enjoyable. We'll be back soon...

A great hotel set in a very Swiss resort Book direct and the hotel owners will pick you up from the station. Also, a nice drink awaits you at reception. Location- an easy walk down to the lake and the cable car (Gondola) that takes you to bear sanctuary and Weisshorn mountain summit. Also at the start of a street full of bars and restaurants. However, the location is very peaceful. Hosts- wonderful, really hospitable and speak perfect English. Rooms- spacious, light and clean. Breakfast- a huge selection including Sekt. Eggs and coffee made to your liking, on demand. The town of Arosa had a real sense of being 'the most Swiss' place that we had been to during the nine years that we had lived here. We will definitely stay here again!
