"Tuve un problema grave durante mi estancia de dos noches. La primera noche transcurrió sin problemas. La segunda noche, una pareja se instaló en la habitación de al lado. El ruido fue incesante hasta las 23:40. Además de los gemidos de la mujer, el hombre se reía. Salí a cenar de 19:30 a 20:30. Al regresar a mi habitación, que estaba al lado de la 202 (yo tenía la 200), olía a tabaco, a pesar de que no fumo. Podía oír cómo se abría y cerraba la ventana de la habitación vecina; las paredes son tan finas que el ruido era constante. A pesar del servicio impecable del hotel, mi noche fue horrible. Jamás volveré."

Está bastante lejos de la estación de tren; hay que tomar un autobús y luego caminar un corto trecho desde la parada hasta el hotel. Este pequeño pueblo tiene un gran problema oculto: los autobuses no funcionan los domingos. Necesitábamos tomar un tren un domingo, así que al principio llevamos nuestras maletas a una parada de autobús lejana, esperamos mucho tiempo sin que llegara ningún autobús y las calles estaban desiertas. Al final, tuvimos que caminar con las maletas hasta la estación de tren, unos dos kilómetros."

"Spacious room but lack of cupboards (bunk beds, useless for a couple, take up all the space at the entrance). Large windows with blackout curtains but no net curtains. Safe too small for a tablet. Food of no interest apart from breakfast. Lukewarm white wine despite the machine. SERIOUS SECURITY PROBLEM: the rooms on the floor above the reception are served by a staircase leading to the reception, and a staircase on the opposite side leading outside. In the event of fire and smoke coming from the outside, the only emergency exit is the staircase leading down to the reception. However, a lock has been added to this fire door which is closed at night. WHICH IS ILLEGAL AS WELL AS TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. You follow the illuminated "emergency exit" signs and find yourself trapped. The security committee that spends the day could not have noticed this."

"The rooms could use a refresh! Avoid family rooms 122 and 123, which are very poorly located, right next to the road and opposite the garbage bins! Cars drive by until midnight and again from 6:00 am, and they go way too fast for a holiday resort with children! Housekeeping only starts at 1:30 pm, so it's difficult for a child's nap. The cleaning staff aren't very friendly; you just get the feeling you're bothering them. The pool is nice, and we always had sun loungers. The bar and restaurant are decent; the food is alright, and there's a good selection. The desserts are relatively good and varied. The bar and restaurant staff are very kind and dedicated."

"I would describe this as a simple, unpretentious budget hotel away from the crowd; just out of town in a quiet spot. On arrival, I was shown to one of the smaller purpose-built rooms/chalets by the pool but my wife and I opted for a slightly larger room in the potentially fabulous main house. Although this is a small, possibly unsophisticated establishment, all they need to do is add a few antiques, a little finesse, improved housekeeping, and you have an excellent boutique hotel. On the other-hand, you couldn’t ask for a better welcome. Big shout out to Clemente and Romeo. (However, expect local drinkers laughing and enjoying themselves late into the evening. So I suggest you avoid the rooms overlooking the bar if you’re a light sleeper.) Best regards Mr Ken Hospitality and Restaurant Critic"

"We stayed in this hotel with a cycling group and the team did its best to host us and make us feel comfortable. The place has a small 4 car garage you can rent and was useful to build our bikes and store luggage while we were traveling. The rooms have been redone recently and equipped with coffee pots and fridges. Breakfast has enough options for a group of cyclists. The staff is really caring and tries its best to please customers. It is right outside the old town walls, so it is easy to walk to the roman sites."

"Rick Steves recommended this hotel 24 years ago. I came back last Sep 2023 and the room we had was ok. The management has changed now owned by Eric and Valerie. On our 2nd day, we requested not to have our room cleaned hoping we had the option to get towels anytime. We informed Eric in the morning we left for Les Baux that we don't want our room cleaned since they don't have those door hangers. However, that night when we came back, my husband requested for toilet paper and extra towels. Eric gave him the toiler paper but not the towels. So I came down and as soon as I tried to request or say something, Eric got so upset, started talking in French saying "Merde", stood up angrily and kept talking in French from the time he went up to get the towels to the time he got back to the front desk. I watch French movies and I know what that word means. What a rude receptionist/owner! It was a very simple request and he was disrespectful. I paid the hotel fees. I did not deserve this kind of treatment. Their excuse is it's a mom and pop hotel and someone has to stay in the front desk and the cleaners come in during the day. The solution should have been to always have towels in hand in the private room next to the front desk. Normally hotels will give you towels no questions asked. Don't they know that guests can request towels any time? This owner was unkind and unfriendly. Never will I go to this hotel anymore based on my last experience."

"Where to start... We turned up to check in. There were 2 people ahead of us. One man working on reception. It took a little over 30 minutes for us to be seen. In that time, 2 other staff members behind the reception just having a chat. Quite easily could've stepped in to assist. Whilst checkin in, numerous people turned up to complain there was no air con, and the rooms weren't made up. I went to my room and, to be fair, it was OK. My colleague went to his room about 30 minutes later to find it occupied by someone else! They'd checked in after us... I cannot believe that this can happen with a computer booking system. Absolutely ridiculous."

"This place is about 10 minutes from Arles in the peaceful countryside. It has a nice pool and a garden with an outside seating area. The pool was nicely kept and clean so it was a joy to relax in it. Our room was quite spacious and had its own little terrace. The staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing that wasn't that good was that there is no restaurant in the summer holidays. You could order food but it is not availble until 20:30. Since the hotel is in the countryside, finding a restaurant involves driving."
