Our transfer from ZTH airport took approximately 55 minutes via Jet2 Holidays. The check-in process was certainly the most challenging we've experienced at any hotel. Although the staff was friendly, we were confused by the requirement to download an app, which took a considerable amount of time. Additionally, we had to check in again and queue to pay the local tax, which felt unnecessary since we could have completed everything at once. On a brighter note, we appreciated the option for a late supper, as the dining room remains open until 11 PM for guests arriving or departing late. We also enjoyed the convenient buggy service that transported us to our room. We spent 10 days in a family room located in S block. Although we had a swim-up room, I don’t think it’s essential; we used it only once and would have been just as happy without it. The rooms are like mini apartments but lack a kitchen sink area; however, this is understandable since the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis. The room did include a fridge, a kettle, and a few cups, although there were no spoons or complimentary tea, coffee, or water. If you arrive late, you can purchase water and essentials from the on-site mini markets, which are open until around midnight. Our accommodations were comfortable and well-furnished, but keep in mind that only one pillow is provided per bed, and unlike other hotels, there are no extras in the wardrobe, so you might want to bring something from home. Our room attendant was attentive and made us welcome and also made us lovely surprises on our beds etc, although we did notice that the towels appeared somewhat grey; while I suspect they were originally white, they seemed a bit worn, but they did smell clean. For families with children like us, the hotel is a paradise, reminiscent of an adult arriving in Las Vegas, complete with exciting machines costing around €1 for mini go-karts €3 per ride, plus bouncy castles available for unlimited use at €10 per night. Our little one loved it! Although it's not typically our scene, we enjoyed watching him make new friends. Note that the bar near the amusement area, which we called mini Vegas, charges for drinks, but the hotel seems fine with you taking drinks from the all-inclusive bar up there; we mixed both options. The splash slides are super for kids and adults at heart. As for the entertainment, we’ll leave it to your judgment; everyone has unique preferences, but there seems to be something for everyone if you're open to exploring. In summary, when it comes to food and beverages, this has been the most frequently discussed topic based on the reviews we've gathered before booking. This was our fourth holiday this year, which included a luxury cruise and a stay at a 4.5-star resort in Corfu in June, so we are accustomed to various offerings. Although the dining rooms may not be lavish and the staff could be little more welcoming, we believe that you receive value for what you pay. We found nothing
