King Jason Zante – Designed for Adults

Disappointing, had booked to visit this hotel and they cancelled around 2 weeks before we were due to fly. Booked again for the following year after being reassured by our agent and the team at King Jason, only to have the holiday cancelled again. The level of support and service has been disappointing. For example, we were only contacted by the chain as they wanted us to remove our review- which we did do when it was first cancelled. We agreed to submit an updated review following our visit. As this holiday was also cancelled by the chain, we can only submit an honest review of the service we have received and tips for travellers based on our experience. We have now twice been prevented from visiting this hotel and given meaningless promises by their social/ customer team. We loved the other King Jason hotels, but unfortunately we found this whole experience to be unorganised and disappointing- we had hoped for better from a 5 star hotel. It ruined what would have been a very special trip and we are reluctant to give King Jason another chance. Book at your own risk would be our advice- have insurance and book through a travel agent if possible, so that if you end up in the same position you won't be stuck with flights and no hotel to stay in (similar hotels in the same location book out fast in Zante).

We recently (October 24) stayed at King Jason Zante and were blown away by the relaxing atmosphere and stunning views! The combination of the swimming pool and sea views was breathtaking, and the spacious room with direct pool access was perfect. The variety of delicious food for breakfast and lunch was a real treat, and the spa packages were really worth it. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Everything was excellent, for sure we are going again and fully recommend for couples. Very friendly staff, amazing food, cold drinks, first class coctails, very clean, comfortable bed, excellent location with amazing view. 4 days we stayed there very relaxing...

The perfect holiday , in this new beautiful hotel , excellent service and friendly helpful staff. Food and drink are first class. Lots of choice. Dreamy rooms and comfortable beds . Showers are amazing . Definitely will book again next year.

Charming staff at King Jason. Upon arrival, we were met with the most fabulous welcome. He showed us to our room, the snack bar, and the other pool. We had a pool-view balcony room, which was standard but nice. We stayed all-inclusive, so we literally needed the room to change, wash, and sleep. One of our party members had an issue with the bed. We brought this up, and it was changed that day. The other staff were also very friendly and helpful. They informed us of a traditional parade in the town of Zakynthos. The food was delicious, and there was a good selection of drinks. However, personally, I'm glad I went out of season due to the hotel's location. We wanted a nice, relaxing breakaway. If you're looking for somewhere close to the strip of Laganas, it's a perfect location for you. Thank you for a lovely welcome and stay!!!

The hotel is very modern and is built on the side of a hill so everyone overlooks a beautiful sea panorama. The food is excellent, the staff truly amazing, swimming pools too. Tsilivi beach is lovely with big thick mattress loungers. Hotel taxi took us to and from hotel to airport. Very comfortable and 5 star . We will return!!
