Went end of august, best time to go actually. We had the groundfloor room, and it was the most beautiful because it was supposed to be pool view not sea view, but from here you can see both and sea very clear and close, and it had such a cosy balcony. For us Its was absolute paradise. Ofcourse Its better to go for the sea view if sensitive to the noice from pool guest but if not, Its so worth it. Beautiful room with daily cleaning, magical view, and the people working there. About extra for air conditionar.. Most hotels in Greece charge for this not only here, especially in high season ( best to ask chatgpt) Its important to read closely what it says on the booking.

Booked to stay here through LoveHolidays - and was careful to choose accommodation based on the provision of air conditioning. What the booking agent didn't make clear was that there is a charge of 10 Euros per day when you arrive at this hotel - 140 Euros on top of what we'd already paid for our two-week holiday. Add to this a local tax of 5 Euros per day, and we had to pay more than 200 Euros to reception on our arrival. Not impressed! The rooms are comfortable enough - again the hotel charges extra for a room with a sea view, so they're adding to the price every chance they get. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, but this is not fixed to the wall so you have to hold the shower head over yourself. The breakfast is basic. Cold meats, cheeses and breads. The supposed "hot" food consists of mini hot dogs and tiny cut up pieces of omelette. But these are left to go cold in stainless steel trays, which do nothing to keep them warmed up. There is no variety - the same stuff every day. Despite paying for bed and breakfast, we started going out for breakfast by the second week. The owner/manager of the place is a piece of work. She sits in the poolside bar (where breakfast is served) vaping away and talking on her phone, glaring at the staff and guests. The entire restaurant was left open-mouthed one morning when she stormed out to the poolside to yell at a guest for moving a couple of cushions from one sunbed to another. I don't know if that was breaking a rule, but customer service is obviously overlooked at this place, as the manager's shouting made everyone at breakfast turn to see what was going on - leaving the poor guest (a woman in her 50s) red-faced and almost in tears, pleading with the owner/manager to stop shouting at her. Despite signs saying it wasn't allowed, guests regularly reserved sunbeds with their towels, and brought takeaway food to the poolside. So I can't imagine the woman was guilty of anything which deserved that extreme reaction. This hotel is almost at the end of a busy road at the far side of Argassi. There are many others which are closer to the town with friendlier staff and more comfortable accommodation. I would go back to Zante and stay in this resort - but I'll be giving this hotel a wide berth.

Just home from a stay here with my partner and witnessed the rudest behaviour from one of the managers, which means I wouldn't go back. People were still finishing breakfast one morning when this woman stormed out of the poolside snack bar and shouted across the pool area to a poor lady to "put back" some cushions she'd moved from one (unoccupied) sunbed to another. Everyone was looking and the poor guest had to ask her to stop yelling. Despite signs outlining pool etiquette (including not to leave towels on sunbeds) everyone pretty much does what they like at this place. So this poor guest was bewildered and a little tearful and humiliated when I spoke to her later. She had a back complaint so had just wanted a cushion on her sunbed which was in the shade. I've never witnessed such terrible customer service in my life, screaming like a banshee at a paying guest! The hotel is pretty average. It benefits from a beachfront location and the rest of the staff are nice enough. But this woman manager needs a lesson in manners and i wouldn't give the place my money again based on her behaviour.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Aside from the furniture and the view, everything literally reeks of poverty, without any intention of being mean. I’ve been here for 4 days, with 4 more to go, and the breakfast is the same. Always the same. In the country of olives, in the country of cheese, I’ve only seen cheap products for breakfast, and exactly at 10 o’clock, not a minute over, two ladies come to clear everything away. They expect you not to bring food or drinks from elsewhere to their pool, but their food is absolutely terrible. You can really feel that this business is made to generate money, not to please the customer. I’ve traveled to over 30 countries, and I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere else. The vibe around the pool is bad, a strip of music faintly playing, absolutely nothing. Everything grotesquely dead. I am utterly disappointed and regret every penny spent.

As a solo traveller Marietta Patrinou made me so welcome🥰the team are so friendly and service is great. Food is lovely and plentiful. The pool is big and so relaxing with great sun beds. It does get busy but usually there are some available. Lovely place to chill out and soak up the rays. Barbecue night is a must great fun and great food 👍

The first thing you notice is the seaside location, and the proximity to the lovely tavernas, the hotel itself does need an update as is showing its age, our room was cleaned every day and towels changed every other day we had a beautiful sea view although the balcony was tiny you still could sit and take it in. We paid extra for air conditioning as we had a heatwave and couldn't take it in the room at 10 euro per day and 3 euro for the safety box a day plus 30euro tourist tax it cost us 160 euro before we unpacked our cases. The breakfast was continental style so the same every day, the staff never smile and just look miserable all the time but they do work hard especially in that heat. Our absolute main complaint is the sun bed saga, it appears that anyone from neighbouring hotels can use the pool and sunbeds and people were getting up at 6.30am to claim the beds, when we went down for breakfast at 8.00am all the beds were gone to anyone and everyone so beware beware you have to get up before the ☀️ for a fantastic meal try the garden restaurant at the green frog just down the road you won't be disappointed

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 7 nights we paid the extra for a superior room however when we got shown our room we refused it as the room was facing a cleaning cupboard on the ground floor which is not what I requested or paid for! The ladies on reception were helpful and did move us to a higher floor with sea view..now the room was ok bathroom needs a complete renovation the towels and bed linen were only changed twice the whole time we were there and the cleanliness wasn’t great…breakfast was not good same every day no variety and a lot of sweet things cakes, syrups etc not my idea of a breakfast neither did they have a toaster when I asked if there was a toaster the staff looked at me gone off like they had no idea what one was…I only used the pool once as I never seen anyone clean it, the staff in the restaurant/breakfast area do not speak at all can clearly tell they just don’t want to be there and the owner was exactly the same felt more like an inconvenience it’s a shame because this hotel could be fabulous it’s in a prime location on the sea but needs a lot of improvements the breakfast needs more variety, the staff need to be more welcoming and improve there attitude as so does the owner the only positive was the view from the hotel
