A small family hotel, large and comfortable rooms, a cute pool, too bad it's not heated, the staff is very nice. There is free parking near the hotel, and the town is just nice with a variety of restaurants. I would improve the breakfast

This is a perfect little hotel in beautiful Areopolis. We had a fabulous room with two balconies overlooking the square. Massive bed, great air conditioning, spotlessly clean. The staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was delicious and we ate outside on the pretty patio. The pool is a real bonus too. Great spot and highly recommended.

Great boutique hotel, spacious room poolside with all comforts, great buffet breakfast, quiet location even if in the middle of the village to discover ancient roads and typical restaurants... what else? Highly recommended for a stay in Areopoli.

This hotel is run by a local family and the service was outstanding. I especially connected with Maria who had very good English, went the extra mile and was full of great information. The breakfast was homemade and served by Maria and her mother and they had a lovely patio to enjoy the food.

Peter Sommer Tour May 2/3. No hot water for 2 days no matter how long water ran. Room 201 does not resemble any of the pictures at the website. Room had worn stained bedcover, toilet seat not attached to toilet, desk chair seat not attached to frame, no sink plug, and side chair very frayed and worn. Decent served buffet breakfast. Probably the worse hotel experience in 50 years of travel. There were 12 guests plus 2 guides on this stay and none of us had hot water whatsoever.

An older property that is a bit tired & needs a refresh. Broken window, broken tile in shower, very poor mattress, etc. In its favor, it's in a great location on the square and within walking distance of everything in the historic city center. A new swimming pool is under construction.

Areopoli is an excellent choice for a Deep Mani trip and I prefer it over Kardamyli that is an hours drive further away and on the busy main road. Old town Areopoli is a couple of blocks from that main road and has a quite main square and a very nice restored main street with restaurants. Areos Polis Boutique Hotel is conveniently located on that main square. Has nice rooms, with good beds and a great breakfast buffet. It’s family run by friendly people. The rooftop terrace/bar/restaurant wasn’t open yet this early in the season, but offers a great view on the square. Highly recommended.

Μειναμε 4 βράδυα (14-18/08)! Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο,πολυ καθαρο και πολυ προσεγμενο! Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και προθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οποία απορία είχαμε! Η κυρια Μαρια μας βοηθησε πολυ σε ενα θεματακι που ειχαμε! Η πισινα υπέροχηι! Το πρωινο πλουσιο και σπιτικο (υπεροχες παραδοσιακες πιτες)! Στην κεντρικη πλατεια τηε Αρεοπολης και δικο του parking! Τιποτε αρνητικο. Ευχαριστουμε πολυ για την φιλοξενια και ελπίζουμε να μπορέσουμε να ξαναπαμε!
