This might be the best guest house experience I've ever had. We were a group of 8 golfers touring both Irelands and we were well distributed among the available rooms. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well eqipped. The decor is charming and homey. The sitting room was perfect for socializing. Somehow, Annemarie was able to get 8 orders of hot breakfast served to us in close succession, with a smile and a laugh, for each of our 3 mornings. Easy walk to Ardglass Golf Club (and its good food) and some restaurant / pub choices. Ample car park on site.

A great place to stay. The Lodge is spotless, warm and very comfortable. You are made to feel like a part of the family. We stayed two nights and wished it could have been longer. It is just like a home away from home. The breakfast was fantastic with great choices and great quality products. The value was great, I shouldn't say this but they could charge a lot more. We will be back

From the moment I stepped in the door it felt like home from home. Sarah is an excellent host. Breakfast menu caters for all sorts be it a big fry or a light breakfast. Had originally booked for 2nights but stayed on for another 2 as I enjoyed the guesthouse and area so much. Will be back again very soon.

We stayed in the Surgery apartment, and what a delightful find it was! Our wonderful host left thoughtful little touches that made our stay even more special, like fresh milk, crisps, and chocolate bars to enjoy. The place was spotlessly clean, and I was thrilled to see how genuinely pet-friendly it was—no extra cost for bringing our fur baby along! We went across to the main house for breakfast, and I had the most amazing French toast—it was truly the best I've ever tasted! This place is simply wonderful, and I can't help but smile thinking about our time there!

I don't think I could have found a better place to stay in this area. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely sea view. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They know the surrounding areas very well and are happy to advise visitors. It was a very relaxed and no fuss stay. I would definitely make a return visit. One tip: book directly with them.

We Have had an amazing few days in this lovely quaint B&B everyone has been so friendly from the owners to the cleaners the accommodation is spotless the breakfast was delicious so much choice the scenery is to die for the golf club also does lovely meals and the alcohol is very reasonable what more could you ask for we will definitely be back

This was my second time visiting the Burford Lodge. Highly recommended. Again, the bed was very easy to sleep in, my room was nicely warmed and the fry (both mornings) was very tasty. Thanks to Sarah and the team for another comfortable and quiet stay, last weekend - Conor

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. Check in was easy, rooms were very nicely decorated, bathroom was clean and modern. The room was clean, beds very comfortable. We had breakfast included too. Good selection of food and tasted great. Staff were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back if we go to Ardglass again. Thank you!

Stayed here for one night, we usually stay in hotels but decided to try a B&B and what a good choice, couldn't have been any better. Very friendly welcome and first name terms. Room was good we stayed in the family room and wasn't disappointed very comfortable and plenty of facilities different coffees and teas also a bottle of water. Lovely shower room also very clean. Breakfast was excellent(better than some so called 4star hotels we have stayed in) nice breakfast menu plenty of choice hubby had poached eggs and salmon I had french toast mmm. Lovely selection of fruit and cereals also too be honest I don't know how they do it for the price. Will definitely be back again and ardglass I'd a lovely little coastal village with a good couple of pubs and a decent chippy(docs)
