Super 8 by Wyndham Aransas Pass

My socks were dirty after walking around the room in them. The only breakfast that they offered was coffee and a cereal bar. I don’t plan to stay there again. The only truly good thing that I can say is that the lady at the desk was nice and the price was low. I have stayed at much nicer Super 8s in the past.

This hotel is an absolute joke!! I booked my stay for spring break 1week in advance. I arrive Friday March 17th and got my room key. The beds were unmade and the room was completely dirty. Dirt all over the floors, stains all over the sheets, toilet had poop on the seat. I went to the front desk and asked if they could clean it and was told “house keeping only comes in the morning”. I went back to my room and went to turn ac on because the room was hotter then summer time and the ac was broken. I went back to the front desk and demanded a refund my two night stay and was denied due to their cancellation policy. She said I would’ve had to cancel my stay on ******* 24hrs before the night of the reservation. The two nights I stayed they never had continental breakfast, not even coffee. I paid $319 for the two nights for a $41 a night hotel. They definitely used spring break as an advantage. The management is horrible, they have done nothing to fix the situation. They don’t want to own up to their nasty hotel!

Service was horrible, flooring was extremely dirty, room doors only shut if you hit them like a linebacker. Anyone in their right mind wouldn’t stay in this place, we checked in and out within 15 mins.

The hotel is older and is going through updates. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathtub was deep which is unusual. They had new furniture. The only downside was no continental breakfast due to COVID, they did have cereal bars, coffee and juice. Will stay there again.
